Description
ダイアライザー用の中空糸を紡糸する際に生成する、原料混合物としての紡糸排液の前処理を実施した。紡糸排液は、例えば、溶剤としてジメチルホルムアミド(例えば3~5質量%)、固形分としてのポリマーであるセルロースアセテート(例えば0.5~1.2質量%)を、水に加えて含む。

Claims (4)
- 水、溶剤および溶解および/または分散しているポリマーを含んで成る、中空糸紡糸工程から排出される排液としての原料混合物から溶剤を回収する蒸留処理工程の前処理方法であって、
(1)原料混合物を限外濾過処理に付して、ポリマーを濾別してポリマーが減少した濾液混合物を得る工程
を含む前処理方法であって、
限外濾過処理は、濃縮倍率が少なくとも5倍のデッドエンドフロー方式、およびその後の濃縮倍率が少なくとも2倍のクロスフロー方式を直列で組み合わせて実施する、前処理方法。 - デッドエンド方式限外濾過処理によって、固形分含量が5~20質量%の濃縮物を得る請求項1に記載の前処理方法。
- (2)工程(1)で得られた濾液混合物を逆浸透濾過処理に付して水が減少した濃縮混合物を得る工程
を更に含む請求項1または2に記載の前処理方法。 - 水、溶剤および溶解および/または分散しているポリマーを含んで成る、中空糸紡糸工程から排出される排液としての原料混合物から溶剤を回収する蒸留処理装置の前処理システムであって、
原料混合物からポリマーを濾別してポリマーが減少した濾液混合物を得る限外濾過装置、および
得られた濾液混合物から水を減らした濃縮混合物を得る逆浸透濾過装置処理
を含んで成るシステムであって、
限外濾過装置は、濃縮倍率が少なくとも5倍のデッドエンドフロー方式、およびその後の濃縮倍率が少なくとも2倍のクロスフロー方式を直列で組み合わせて限外濾過処理を実施する、前処理システム。
