Claims (10)
- 蒸留カラム、抽出カラム又はガススクラバーを使用することによって、第1の流体と第2の流体との接触を生成する方法であって、前記蒸留カラム、抽出カラム又はガススクラバーは少なくとも2つの流体フローを接触させるための接触装置を備え、平均直径が200マイクロメートル~1ミリメートルの、第1の流体を導くための気孔及び/又はキャピラリを有する構造体(100.0)であって、前記構造体(100.0)は、平均直径が200マイクロメートル~1ミリメートルの気孔及び/又はキャピラリを含まずに第2の流体を導く接触領域を備え、前記接触領域において前記第1の流体を前記第2の流体と接触させることができるように設計されている前記接触領域を備える、構造体(100.0)を備え、前記第2の流体のフローを遮断するために少なくとも1つのフロー遮断器(120.0)を前記接触領域(100.0)内に設け、前記フロー遮断器(120.0)が、少なくとも2つのレッジ(120.0)を備え、隣接する2つの前記レッジ(120.0)の間隔と前記レッジ(120.0)の高さとの比が1~10の範囲であり、前記構造体に前記第1の流体を分配するためのディストリビュータが前記接触装置の第1の端部において配置され、前記第1の端部の反対側に位置する第2の端部において、前記第1の流体を前記構造体から収集するためのコレクタが設けられており、前記第2の流体が前記フロー遮断器(120.0)によって渦動せしめられ、これにより、前記第1の流体と前記第2の流体との並流接触が局所的に達成される、方法。
- 前記第2の流体が、前記レッジの方向と交差する第2の方向に流れることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の流体がフロー遮断器ユニットと交差する第1の方向に流れることができるように前記構造体(100.0)を設計し、前記フロー遮断器(120.0)を配置していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の方向が前記レッジの方向に対して60°~90°の角度を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 隣接する2つの前記レッジ(120.0)の間隔と前記レッジ(120.0)の高さとの比が3~7の範囲となることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造体(100.0)が、以下の構成
e)組織、
f)開放気孔材料、
g)キャピラリ、
h)段付き構造、
の1又は複数を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記構造体(100.0)をハニカム形状に形成し、これによって前記フロー遮断器(
120.0)が前記ハニカムの半径方向内側に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1
~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ハニカムが正多角形の形状の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記構造体(100.0)がステップバー要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1~
8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の流体の流速を溢流が発生しないように選択していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
