Description
本出願は、「生体液マイクロ試料管理デバイス(Biological Fluid Micro-Sample Management Device)」という表題の、2018年5月1日に出願された米国仮出願第62/665,100号の優先権を主張するものであり、この全体の開示内容が完全に参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
前記活性化部材110によって、前記生体液回収デバイス10の使用者が、前記生体液回収デバイス10の前記回収チャンバ16内に試料12を引き寄せるために前記内部真空28をいつ適用するのかを制御することができるようになる。
図4A~図4Cを参照すると、使用者は、前記生体液回収デバイス10が血液試料を収容することが可能である仕方、源又は方法の内の一つを選択することができる。例えば、本開示の生体液回収デバイス10は、限定されるものではないが第1血液回収デバイス210(図4A及び図5~図8D)、第2血液回収デバイス220(図4B)、第3血液回収デバイス230(図4C及び図11~図12)又は他の血液回収デバイスが挙げられる様々な源から血液試料を収容することを可能にする。

Claims (2)
- 生体液のポイントオブケア試験デバイスへの放出を制御する生体液回収デバイスであって、
入口、出口、及び前記入口と前記出口との間で延びる通路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部にあり、前記通路に流体連通する回収チャンバと、
下面および上面を有する膜であって、前記膜の前記下面が前記回収チャンバの一部に接触する初期位置と、前記膜の前記下面が前記回収チャンバから間隔があけられる充填位置との間で移行可能な膜と、
変形可能部であって、液試料が前記回収チャンバ内に含まれる初期位置と、前記変形可能部が前記膜の前記上面に接触し前記液試料の一部が前記回収チャンバの前記出口からポイントオブケア試験デバイスへ放出される変形位置との間で移行可能な前記変形可能部と、
前記ハウジングの内部にあり、真空を含み、前記回収チャンバと連通して前記回収チャンバ内に前記液試料を引き寄せるように構成される排気チャンバと、
真空が前記排気チャンバ内に封入される閉位置から、前記真空が前記入口に適用されて前記回収チャンバ内に前記液試料を引き寄せる開位置に移行可能な封止材と、を備えるデバイス。 - 前記膜が前記充填位置にあるとき、前記回収チャンバは前記液試料で充填され、前記回収チャンバが前記液試料で充填されると、前記膜が前記充填位置に移行されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の生体液回収デバイス。
