Claims (5)
- マイクロ流体の液滴分配システム(100)であって、
分配するための液滴を運ぶための液滴供給ライン(105)と、
前記液滴を分配するための分配流体を運ぶための分配ライン(110)と、
液滴出口(125)に結合される液滴出口ライン(120)と、
第1の接合部であって、前記液滴供給ライン(105)からの流れを受け入れるための前記第1の接合部の第1の入力部を有し、前記分配ライン(110)からの流れを受け入れるための前記第1の接合部の第2の入力部を有し、および前記液滴出口ライン(120)への前記第1の接合部の出力部を有する、第1の接合部と、
前記第1の接合部と前記液滴出口(125)との間の廃棄物ライン接合部で前記液滴出口ライン(120)に結合される廃棄物ライン(130)と、
前記液滴出口(125)から液滴を排出するために前記分配ライン(110)へ加圧された分配流体を提供するための第1の圧力源(155)であって、前記分配ライン(110)に連結された第1の圧力源(155)と、
前記液滴出口(125)からの液滴の前記排出を制御するための、前記第1の圧力源(155)と前記分配ライン(110)との間の液滴分配弁(115)であって、前記液滴分配弁(115)の開放によって、加圧された分配流体が前記分配ライン(110)に提供される、液滴分配弁(115)と、

前記液滴分配システムは、前記液滴分配弁(115)の開放と同期して前記廃棄物ライン(130)内へ流体を注入するための、前記廃棄物ライン(130)に結合される注入ライン(245)をさらに含む、マイクロ流体の液滴分配システム(100)。 - 前記注入ライン(245)は、前記液滴分配弁(115)に結合される、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体の液滴分配システム(100)。
