Description
図2は、本発明の一実施形態による次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システムを示した模式図である。
本発明の他の一態様によれば、前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システムを用いた水処理方法であって、(a)被処理水のメインストリームから分岐した第1のサブストリームを用いて飽和塩水及び精製水を得る段階と、(b)前記飽和塩水及び前記精製水を電気分解して陽極生成物及び陰極生成物を得る段階と、(c)被処理水の前記メインストリームから分岐した第2のサブストリームを用いて前記陽極生成物及び前記陰極生成物を反応させて次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを得る段階と、(d)前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを貯蔵しないで被処理水の前記メインストリームに注入する段階と、を含む水処理方法を提供する。

Claims (9)
- 被処理水のメインストリームから分岐した第1のサブストリームを用いて飽和食塩水及び精製水を得る第1の手段と、
前記飽和食塩水及び前記精製水を電気分解して陽極生成物及び陰極生成物を得る第2の手段と、
被処理水の前記メインストリームから分岐した第2のサブストリームを用いて前記陽極生成物及び前記陰極生成物を反応させて次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを得る第3の手段と、を含み、
前記第2のサブストリームは、前記陽極生成物及び前記陰極生成物を前記第3の手段に移送するための動力を提供し、
前記第2のサブストリームは、物質間反応に参加しないで物質を移送させるための不活性キャリア(carrier)として作用し、
前記第2のサブストリームは、前記次亜塩素酸と一緒に前記メインストリームに合流することを特徴とする、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システム。 - 前記第2の手段は、陽極を含む陽極室、陰極を含む陰極室、及び前記陽極室と前記陰極室とを区切る隔膜を含む、請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システム。
- 前記第3の手段は、反応装置を含み、得られた前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムに苛性ソーダを注入するための設備を含まない、請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システム。
- 前記第1のサブストリームは、前記精製水及び前記飽和食塩水を前記第2の手段に移送するための動力を提供する、請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システム。
- 前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システムは、前記第3の手段で得た前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを貯蔵するための設備を含まない、請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システム。
- 被処理水の前記メインストリームと前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムとのpHの差は、2以下である、請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システム。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム製造システムを用いた水処理方法であって、
(a)被処理水のメインストリームから分岐した第1のサブストリームを用いて飽和食塩水及び精製水を得る段階と、
(b)前記飽和食塩水及び前記精製水を電気分解して陽極生成物及び陰極生成物を得る段階と、
(c)被処理水の前記メインストリームから分岐した第2のサブストリームを用いて前記陽極生成物及び前記陰極生成物を反応させて次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを得る段階と、
(d)前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを貯蔵せずに被処理水の前記メインストリームに注入する段階と、を含む、水処理方法。 - 被処理水の前記メインストリームと前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムとのpHの差は、2以下である、請求項7に記載の水処理方法。
- 前記(d)段階において、前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの注入による被処理水の前記メインストリームのpH変化量は、2以下である、請求項7に記載の水処理方法。
