Claims (10)
- 正極が下方に向かい、負極が上方に向かうように起立して配置される複数個の円筒状のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するセルハウジングと、
前記セルハウジングの上部をカバーし、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの各々の負極と電気的に接続する上部プレートと、
前記上部プレートと対向して配置され、前記セルハウジングの下部をカバーし、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの各々の正極と電気的に接続する下部プレートと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルが部分的に浸漬されるように前記セルハウジング内に満たされ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを冷却する相変化物質と、を含み、
前記下部プレートは、前記正極と対応する位置で、前記下部プレートから上方へ突出して形成され、前記正極と接触する接触突起を含み、
前記接触突起は、前記正極が形成された前記バッテリーセルの一面と前記下部プレートとの間に、前記相変化物質が満たされる空間を提供する、ことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部プレートの上側に取り付けられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを冷却するヒートシンクを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記相変化物質が、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの温度上昇時に気化して前記上部プレート側へ移動し、前記ヒートシンクによって液化して前記下部プレート側へ移動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルハウジングの内壁上部には、
前記液化した前記相変化物質の前記下部プレート側への移動をガイドするガイドリブが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルハウジング内で前記複数個のバッテリーセルの動きを防止するように前記複数個のバッテリーセルを固定する少なくとも一つのセル固定部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セル固定部材は、
一対で設けられ、
前記一対のセル固定部材は、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの上部が挿入され、前記セルハウジングの内側上部に固定される上部セル固定部材と、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの下部が挿入され、前記セルハウジングの内側下部に固定される下部セル固定部材と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部セル固定部材及び前記下部セル固定部材には、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの挿入のための複数個のセル挿入孔が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部プレートの周縁部は、
前記セルハウジングの周縁部とシーム接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
