Claims (7)
- エンジンと、回生トルクを出力することにより前記エンジンから入力された動力の一部を電力に変換することができるとともに、駆動トルクを駆動輪に伝達できるモータとを備え、前記エンジンから出力された動力の一部を前記モータによって電力に変換するとともに、前記エンジンから出力された動力の他の一部を前記駆動輪に伝達し、または前記エンジンおよび前記モータから出力された動力を前記駆動輪に伝達して走行するパラレル走行モードを設定することができ、かつ前記パラレル走行モードでの走行時における前記モータによる発電量を予め定めた所定発電量にすることのチャージ要求を運転者が行うことができるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記エンジンと前記モータとのトルクを制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記チャージ要求があるか否かを判断するチャージ判断部と、
前記ハイブリッド車両の要求駆動力を検出する駆動力検出部とを備え、
前記チャージ要求があることが前記チャージ判断部によって判断され、かつ前記駆動力検出部により検出された前記要求駆動力が予め定められた第1所定駆動力以上である場合に、駆動力を前記第1所定駆動力に制限して、前記所定発電量を前記モータによって発電するように構成され、
前記チャージ要求があることが前記チャージ判断部によって判断され、かつ前記駆動力検出部により検出された前記要求駆動力が前記第1所定駆動力よりも大きい予め定められた第2所定駆動力以上である場合に、前記要求駆動力に応じた駆動力を出力するとともに、前記モータによる発電量を前記所定発電量未満に制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記チャージ要求があることが前記チャージ判断部によって判断され、かつ前記駆動力検出部により検出された前記要求駆動力が前記第1所定駆動力未満である場合に、前記要求駆動力に応じた駆動力を出力するとともに、前記所定発電量を前記モータによって発電するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記チャージ要求があることが前記チャージ判断部によって判断されている状態で、前記駆動力検出部により検出された前記要求駆動力が前記第1所定駆動力未満から前記第1所定駆動力以上に増加した場合に、前記要求駆動力に応じた駆動力を出力するとともに、前記モータによる発電量を前記所定発電量未満に制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記第1所定駆動力は、前記エンジンから出力可能な最大トルクを前記エンジンから出力するとともに、前記モータによって前記所定発電量を発電した場合に前記ハイブリッド車両から出力できる駆動力である
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記第2所定駆動力は、前記モータを停止した状態で、前記エンジンから出力可能な最大トルクを前記エンジンから出力した場合に前記ハイブリッド車両から出力できる駆動力である
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記チャージ要求があることが前記チャージ判断部によって判断され、かつ前記駆動力検出部により検出された前記要求駆動力が前記第2所定駆動力以上である場合に、前記ハイブリッド車両から出力可能な駆動力が前記第2所定駆動力に制限されているときには、前記駆動力を前記第1所定駆動力に制限して、前記所定発電量を前記モータによって発電するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記モータとの間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置を更に備え、
前記蓄電装置の充電残量が予め定められた所定残量以下または車速が予め定められた所定車速未満の場合には、前記ハイブリッド車両から出力可能な駆動力が前記第2所定駆動力に制限されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
