Claims (17)
- 電池単体であって、
ケーシングおよび電池セルを含み、
前記電池セルが前記ケーシング内に収容され、
前記ケーシングの内壁の前記電池セルに対向する位置に膜構造が設けられ、前記膜構造は前記ケーシングの内壁とともにカプセル状構造を形成し、前記カプセル状構造の内部に収容空洞が形成され、
前記収容空洞に電解液が充填され、前記カプセル状構造は、電池単体の内部圧力の増加で破裂して電解液を放出させるように構成される、
ことを特徴とする電池単体。 - 前記カプセル状構造は、前記ケーシングの内壁の前記電池セルの側壁に対向する位置に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池単体。
- 前記ケーシングに防爆弁が設けられ、前記カプセル状構造は前記ケーシングの内壁の前記防爆弁に対向する位置に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池単体。
- 前記膜構造は、前記ケーシングの隣接する両側の内壁または隣接する三つの側の内壁とともにカプセル状構造を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池単体。
- 前記カプセル状構造の表面に弱構造が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池単体。
- 前記ケーシングに、複数のカプセル状構造が設けられ、各前記カプセル状構造の弱構造は、異なるパッケージの強度を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池単体。
- 前記弱構造は前記電池セルに対向して設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池単体。
- 前記カプセル状構造内に、独立した複数の収容空洞が設けられ、当該収容空洞の各々に対応する膜構造にそれぞれ弱構造が設けられ、前記収容空洞の各々の弱構造は異なるパッケージの強度を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池単体。
- 前記カプセル状構造の内部に1つまたは複数の子カプセル状構造が設けられ、前記カプセル状構造と前記子カプセル状構造が互いに嵌合されて、独立した収容空洞を形成し、
前記収容空洞の各々の弱構造のパッケージの強度は外側から内側に向かって徐々に増加する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池単体。 - 前記カプセル状構造内にダイヤフラムが設けられ、前記ダイヤフラムは、前記カプセル状構造の内部を独立した複数の収容空洞に分割する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池単体。
- 前記弱構造は異なるパッケージ厚さを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5~10のいずれか1項に記載の電池単体。
- 前記弱構造は異なる深さのスクラッチを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5~10のいずれか1項に記載の電池単体。
- 前記弱構造のパッケージの強度は、勾配変化を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の電池単体。
- 前記収容空洞内にそれぞれ異なる物質が貯蔵される、ことを特徴とする請求項5~13のいずれか1項に記載の電池単体。
- 前記収容空洞内に、前記弱構造のパッケージの強度に準じた強度の順に、それぞれ難燃剤、ガス吸収剤、リチウム補給剤および電解液が貯蔵される、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電池単体。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の電池単体を含む、ことを特徴とする電池。
- 請求項16に記載の電池を含み、前記電池が電気エネルギーを提供するために使用される、ことを特徴とする電力使用装置。
