Description
i)片面または両面にセラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜を粉砕した後、体積を小さく圧縮粉砕する前処理段階と、
ii)前処理された廃分離膜素材を、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、改質剤及び添加剤と混合した後、溶融、混練及び押出する段階と、
iii)押出物をペレット状に加工する段階とを含む、セラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜を再生して複合樹脂ペレットを製造する方法を提供する。
前記段階i)の前処理段階で、
i-a)廃分離膜片をオープン(Open)形態の圧延ロールで圧着させる方法、または
i-b)廃分離膜片を押出機に投入して塊(Lump)状に製造する方法のうちのいずれか一つを実施する方法を提供する。
前記段階ii)の溶融、混練及び押出段階で、
前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリメチルペンテン(PMP)、ポリブテン-1(PB-1)、ポリオレフィンエラストマー(POE)、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるいずれか1種であり、0.01~300g/10分(190~230℃、2.16kg)程度の溶融指数を有する方法を提供する。
前記段階ii)の溶融、混練及び押出段階で、
ii-a)粉砕された廃分離膜素材、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、改質剤及び添加剤を押圧型ニーダーに投入し、押圧溶融し、均一に混練した後、押出する方法、または
前記段階iii)のペレット加工段階で、
多様な形態、すなわち、ストランド状の押出物を冷却固化させてペレット状に製造するか、または押出する面に回転カッターを直接用いてペレット状に製造する方法を提供する。
前記本発明による製造方法によって製造されたセラミック粒子またはアラミが片面または両面にコーティングされた二次電池廃分離膜を含むペレット状の新しい再生複合樹脂ペレットを提供する。
片面または両面にセラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜を粉砕し、体積を小さく圧縮粉砕してなる前処理された廃分離膜素材10~99重量%と、ポリオレフィン系樹脂1~90重量%とを含む、複合樹脂ペレットを提供する。
片面または両面にセラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜を粉砕し、体積を小さく圧縮粉砕してなる前処理された廃分離膜素材10~99重量%と、ポリオレフィン系樹脂1~90重量%とを含む複合樹脂ペレットであって、
ここで、前記前処理された廃分離膜素材は、
i-a)廃分離膜片をオープン(Open)形態の圧延ロールで圧着させる方法、または
i-b)廃分離膜片を押出機に投入して塊(Lump)状に製造する方法のうちのいずれか一つを実施することによって得られたものであり、
ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリメチルペンテン(PMP)、ポリブテン-1(PB-1)、ポリオレフィンエラストマー(POE)、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるいずれか1種であり、0.01~300g/10分(190~230℃、2.16kg)程度の溶融指数を有し、

セラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜を再生して複合樹脂ペレットを製造する方法を提供する。
i-a)廃分離膜片をオープン(Open)形態の圧延ロールで圧着させる方法、または
i-b)廃分離膜片を押出機に投入して塊(Lump)状に製造する方法のうちのいずれか一つを実施することが好ましい。
前記段階ii)の溶融、混練及び押出段階は、
前記段階ii)で、別に、特定の目的のために、前記組成の他に、改質剤0~50重量%及び/または添加剤0~30重量%を追加することができる。
片面または両面にセラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜を粉砕し、体積を小さく圧縮粉砕することによって前処理された廃分離膜素材10~99重量%、及びポリオレフィン系樹脂1~90重量%を含む複合樹脂ペレットを提供する。
具体的には、前記複合樹脂ペレットは、
ポリオレフィン系樹脂1~90重量%とを含む複合樹脂ペレットである。
前記前処理された廃分離膜素材は、
i-a)廃分離膜片をオープン(Open)形態の圧延ロールで圧着させる方法、または
i-b)廃分離膜片を押出機に投入して塊(Lump)状に製造する方法のうちのいずれか一つを実施することによって得られるものである。

後工程のための前処理工程がなしに分離膜スクラップ小片をそのまま用いたことを除き、前記<実施例3>と同様に実施した。

Claims (3)
- i)片面または両面にセラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜を粉砕した後、体積を小さく圧縮粉砕する前処理段階と、
ii)前処理された廃分離膜素材を、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、改質剤及び添加剤と混合した後、溶融、混練及び押出する段階と、
iii)押出物をペレット状に加工する段階とを含み、
前記段階i)の前処理段階は、
i-a)廃分離膜片をオープン(Open)形態の圧延ロールで圧着させる方法、または
i-b)廃分離膜片を押出機に投入して塊(Lump)状に製造する方法のうちのいずれか一つを実施し、
前記段階ii)のポリオレフィン系樹脂は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリメチルペンテン(PMP)、ポリブテン-1(PB-1)、ポリオレフィンエラストマー(POE)、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるいずれか1種であり、0.01~300g/10分(190~230℃、2.16kg)程度の溶融指数を有し、
前記段階ii)の溶融、混練及び押出段階は、
ii-a)粉砕された廃分離膜素材、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、改質剤及び添加剤を押圧型ニーダーに投入し、押圧溶融し、均一に混練した後、押出する方法、または
ii-b)粉砕された廃分離膜素材、ポリオレフィン系重合体、改質剤及び添加剤をバンベリーミキサー(Banbury mixer)に入れて混練した後、押出機に投入して溶融押出する方法からなる群から選択されるいずれか一方法を実施する
ことを特徴とするセラミック粒子またはアラミドがコーティングされた二次電池用廃分離膜再生による複合樹脂ペレットの製造方法。 - 前記段階i)の廃分離膜は、超高分子量ポリエチレン(ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene、UHMWPE)を使用した分離膜原材を用いて片面または両面にセラミックコーティングまたはアラミドコーティングを実施する工程中に発生するスクラップまたは不良品、または2次電池の製造工程中に発生するスクラップまたは不良品である
請求項1に記載の複合樹脂ペレットの製造方法。 - 前記段階iii)のペレット加工段階は、ストランド状の押出物を冷却固化させてペレット状に製造するか、または押出する面に回転カーターを用いてペレット状に製造する
