Description
Claims (14)
- 複数のセルが積層されているセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の外側面に配備されるコンプレッションパッドと、
を含み、
前記コンプレッションパッドは、弾性パッドと前記弾性パッドの少なくとも一方の面に貼り付けられる合成樹脂フィルムとの積層体であり、
前記合成樹脂フィルムは、前記弾性パッドに比べて長さがさらに長い長さ延長部を含み、前記長さ延長部が折り畳まれて前記セル積層体の上面を覆って保護する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルは、シール部を含むパウチ型セルであり、前記長さ延長部は折り畳まれて前記シール部を覆う、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記弾性パッドはポリウレタンフォームであり、前記合成樹脂フィルムはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記コンプレッションパッドは、前記セル積層体の両側の最外郭セルの外側の大面積部分にそれぞれ取り付けられ、前記セル積層体の両側に位置することになる前記長さ延長部は、前記セル積層体の内側に向かってそれぞれ折り畳まれて前記セル積層体の両側の上部の角部をそれぞれ保護する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セル積層体の両側から折り畳まれた前記長さ延長部同士は、前記セル積層体の上面において接続されるか、あるいは、重なり合わない、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記コンプレッションパッドの弾性パッドが内側における前記セル側に位置し、前記合成樹脂フィルムが外側に位置する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セル積層体を収容し、上部が開放されたU字状のフレームと、
前記開放されたU字状のフレームの上部から前記セル積層体を覆う天板プレートと、
をさらに含み、
前記複数のセルの積層方向と垂直な前記セル積層体の面が前記U字状のフレームの底面部に装着され、
前記天板プレートと前記セル積層体との間には、前記セルと干渉する部材が存在しない、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記天板プレートとセル積層体とは、離間している、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記コンプレッションパッドの弾性パッドが接着剤を介して前記セルの一方の面に接着され、前記長さ延長部が追加の接着剤を介して前記セルの上面に接着される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接着剤は、前記セルの長手方向に沿って延びる帯状に一ヵ所以上に備えられる、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セル積層体内のセルとセルとの間に配備される追加のコンプレッションパッドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記追加のコンプレッションパッドは、所定の数のセルを含むセルグループの間ごとに配置される、請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
