Claims (15)
- ペイロードを支持し且つ該ペイロードを防振する防振装置(10)であって、
剛性のベース構造(28)で形成された加圧ガス区画(24)であり、前記ベース構造は、前記加圧ガス区画を向いた内面(21)及び反対方向を向いた外面(22)を有する可撓性の膜(20)で覆われた開口(32)を有する加圧ガス区画(24)と、
前記ペイロードを支持する支持部材(12)であり、前記膜の前記外面(22)と接触するよう配置された支持部材(12)と、
前記膜の前記内面(21)に配置され、前記ベース構造から離れて位置するクランプ部材(62)と
を備え、前記支持部材及び前記クランプ部材は、前記膜を前記支持部材に押し付ける少なくとも1つの磁気素子(64)を含むクランプシステム(66)を形成する防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記磁気素子(64)は永久磁石として構成される防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記磁気素子(64)は前記クランプ部材(62)に含まれる防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記クランプ部材(62)はリング状である防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記クランプシステム(66)の前記支持部材(12)および前記クランプ部材(62)の何れか一方である第1部材が、前記磁気素子(64)を含み、前記支持部材(12)および前記クランプ部材(62)の他方である第2部材が、前記磁気素子に対向して配置され且つ該磁気素子との間で磁気吸引を可能にするよう構成された磁気ターゲット(68)を含む防振装置。 - 請求項5に記載の防振装置において、
前記クランプシステム(66)の前記第1部材(62)は、該第1部材のリム(72)に沿って配置された複数の磁気素子(64)を含む防振装置。 - 請求項5に記載の防振装置において、
前記クランプシステム(66)の前記第1部材は前記クランプ部材(62)であり、前記クランプシステムの前記第2部材は前記支持部材(12)である防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記クランプシステム(66)は、逆の磁気配向(67a、67b)で配置された少なくとも2つの磁気素子(64)を含む防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記クランプシステム(66)は、交互の磁気配向(67a、67b)で配置された少なくとも4つの磁気素子(64)を含む防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記支持部材(12)と前記クランプ部材(62)との間のクランプ力が500N以上である防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記支持部材(12)と前記膜(62)との間の静摩擦係数が0.1以上である防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
前記加圧ガス区画(24)内の圧力は大気圧よりも2bar(1bar=100kPa)以上高い防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
該防振装置は真空で動作するよう構成される防振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の防振装置において、
絞り(76)を介して前記加圧ガス区画(24)に接続されたダンピング室(74)をさらに備えた防振装置。 - 請求項14に記載の防振装置において、
前記ダンピング室(74)は圧力供給ライン(50)に接続される防振装置。
