Claims (3)
- ガスタービンの燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズル装置の製造方法であって、
前記燃料ノズル装置は、
所定の軸線方向に延び、前記燃焼室内に突出する燃料ノズルと、
前記燃料ノズルの外周に同軸的に配置された外周半径rを有する筒状の筒部、及び、前記筒部の外周及び内周のうちの少なくとも一方から略径方向に延出するように、経線交差角度αをもって周方向に配置された複数の旋回翼を有するスワラとを有し、
前記旋回翼は、前記軸線方向の翼弦長Lを有し、かつ、前記軸線方向を中心として、前記旋回翼の前縁から後縁にかけてねじれ角度Φをもってねじられた形状を有し、
β=arctan(L/(rΦcosα))で表される前記旋回翼の積層角度βが、限界積層角度βmin以上であり、かつθ=arctan(L/(rΦ))で表される外周部傾斜角度θが、前記限界積層角度βmin未満に設定されており、
前記スワラを付加製造技術で製造する、製造方法。 - ガスタービンの燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズル装置の製造方法であって、
前記燃料ノズル装置は、
所定の軸線方向に延び、前記燃焼室内に突出する、外周半径rを有する筒状の筒部、及び、前記筒部の内周から略径方向内側に延出するように、経線交差角度αをもって周方向に配置された複数の旋回翼を有する燃料ノズルと、
前記燃料ノズルの外周に同軸的に配置されたスワラとを有し、
前記旋回翼は、前記軸線方向の翼弦長Lを有し、かつ、前記軸線方向を中心として、前記旋回翼の前縁から後縁にかけてねじれ角度Φをもってねじられた形状を有し、
β=arctan(L/(rΦcosα))で表される前記旋回翼の積層角度βが、限界積層角度βmin以上であり、かつθ=arctan(L/(rΦ))で表される外周部傾斜角度θが、前記限界積層角度βmin未満に設定されており、
前記スワラを付加製造技術で製造する、製造方法。 - ガスタービンの燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズル装置の製造方法であって、
前記燃料ノズル装置は、
所定の軸線方向に延び、前記燃焼室内に突出する、先細の円錐形状を有する円錐台形筒体、及び、前記円錐台形筒体の内周から略径方向内側に延出するように、0度より大きく90度より小さい経線交差角度αをもって周方向に配置された複数の旋回翼を有する燃料ノズルと、
前記燃料ノズルの外周に同軸的に配置されたスワラとを有し、
前記旋回翼の積層角度β及び前記円錐台形筒体の積層角度γが、限界積層角度βmin以上であり、かつ前記旋回翼の外周部傾斜角度θが、前記限界積層角度βmin未満に設定されており、
前記スワラを付加製造技術で製造する、製造方法。
