Claims (7)
- 電池セル用ラミネートシートのパウチフィルムを固定する固定部と、
前記パウチフィルムに収納部を形成するように前記パウチフィルムを加圧するパンチ部とを含み、
前記パンチ部は、中央パンチ部と、前記中央パンチ部を囲む外周パンチ部とを含み、
前記中央パンチ部は、前記パウチフィルムの中央部分を加圧し、前記外周パンチ部は、前記パウチフィルムの外周部分を加圧し、
前記外周パンチ部は、前記中央パンチ部を囲む第1外周パンチ部と、前記第1外周パンチ部を囲む第2外周パンチ部とを含み、
前記パンチ部の加圧方向と平行な垂直断面上で、前記中央パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きく、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第2外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きい、パウチケース製造装置。 - 前記パンチ部の加圧方向と垂直な水平断面上で、前記中央パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きく、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第2外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きい、請求項1に記載のパウチケース製造装置。
- 前記第1外周パンチ部の厚さが、前記第2外周パンチ部の厚さより厚い、請求項1または2に記載のパウチケース製造装置。
- 前記パウチフィルムを加圧するように前記パンチ部を駆動させる駆動部をさらに含み、
前記駆動部は、前記中央パンチ部上に位置した中央カム部と、前記第1外周パンチ部上に位置した第1外周カム部と、前記第2外周パンチ部上に位置した第2外周カム部と、前記中央カム部、前記第1外周カム部及び前記第2外周カム部のそれぞれに連結されたカムシャフト部とを含み、
前記中央カム部のカム作動角が、前記第1外周カム部のカム作動角より大きく、前記第1外周カム部のカム作動角が、前記第2外周カム部のカム作動角より大きい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチケース製造装置。 - 電池セル用ラミネートシートのパウチフィルムを固定する段階と、
固定された前記パウチフィルムをパンチ部で加圧して収納部を形成する段階とを含み、
前記パンチ部は、中央パンチ部と、前記中央パンチ部を囲む外周パンチ部とを含み、
前記収納部を形成する段階で、前記中央パンチ部は、前記パウチフィルムの中央部分を加圧し、前記外周パンチ部は、前記パウチフィルムの外周部分を加圧し、
前記外周パンチ部は、前記中央パンチ部を囲む第1外周パンチ部と、前記第1外周パンチ部を囲む第2外周パンチ部とを含み、
前記パンチ部の加圧方向と平行な垂直断面上で、前記中央パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きく、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第2外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きい、パウチケース製造方法。 - 前記パンチ部の加圧方向と垂直な水平断面上で、前記中央パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きく、前記第1外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径が、前記第2外周パンチ部のコーナーの曲率半径より大きい、請求項5に記載のパウチケース製造方法。
- 前記収納部を形成する段階で、先に前記中央パンチ部が前記パウチフィルムの中央部分を加圧し、次に前記第1外周パンチ部が前記パウチフィルムの外周部分を加圧し、次に前記第2外周パンチ部が前記パウチフィルムの外周部分を加圧する、請求項5または6に記載のパウチケース製造方法。
