Description
本明細書におけるセラミック基板の3点曲げ強度は、JIS R1601に準拠する方法により測定する。
まず、平均粒子径2μmのセラミックフィラー(ウイレマイトフィラーやアルミナフィラー等)100質量部に対して、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を15質量部、フタル酸ベンジルブチルを3質量部、トルエン50質量部を混合、混練してスラリーを作製する。次に、そのスラリーをドクターブレード法により、直径20.32cm(8インチ)、厚みが150μmの円形のシート状に成形してグリーンシートを作製する。次に、30枚のグリーンシートを積層し、90℃、30MPaで、熱圧着させた後、450℃で熱処理して脱脂した後に、1600℃で焼結させて焼結体を作製する。最後に、焼結体を厚みが3.0mmとなるまで研磨してシート状の焼結体を得る。

Claims (6)
- セラミック基板とセラミック基板内に配された内部導体とを備え、
セラミック基板が、ガラス、ウイレマイトフィラー及びアルミナフィラーを含有し、
ウイレマイトフィラーの平均粒子径がアルミナフィラーの平均粒子径よりも大きいことを特徴とするセラミック配線基板。 - セラミック基板が、質量%で、ガラス 30~65%、ウイレマイトフィラー 14~56%、アルミナフィラー 7~42%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミック配線基板。
- ガラスがホウケイ酸ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセラミック配線基板。
- ホウケイ酸ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 60~80%、B2O3 10~30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 1~5%及びMgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0~20%を含有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセラミック配線基板。
- 質量%で、ガラス粉末 30~65%、ウイレマイトフィラー 14~56%、アルミナフィラー 7~42%を含有し、
ウイレマイトフィラーの平均粒子径がアルミナフィラーの平均粒子径よりも大きいことを特徴とするセラミック配線基板用セラミックグリーンシート。 - 質量%で、ガラス粉末 30~65%、ウイレマイトフィラー 14~56%、アルミナフィラー 7~42%を含有し、
ウイレマイトフィラーの平均粒子径がアルミナフィラーの平均粒子径よりも大きいことを特徴とするセラミック配線基板用ガラスセラミックス粉末。
