Claims (14)
- 外装缶を角型とする複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを積層した電池積層体の両側端面を押圧する押圧面を有する一対のエンドプレートと、
前記複数の電池セルの積層方向に沿って延長された板状で、前記電池積層体の対向する側面にそれぞれ配置されて、前記エンドプレート同士を締結する複数の締結部材と、
前記電池積層体を上面側に載置して、該電池積層体を放熱するための放熱プレートと、
前記放熱プレートの上面と、前記電池積層体の下面との間に介在されて、前記放熱プレートと電池積層体とを熱結合状態とする伝熱シートと、
を備える電源装置であって、
前記エンドプレートが、下面側の左右端部から、それぞれ前記伝熱シートの厚さ分突出された一対のスペーサ部を形成しており、
前記エンドプレートの下面であって、前記伝熱シートと対向する部位を、前記伝熱シートの上面と同じ高さか、これよりも上方に配置しており、
前記一対のスペーサ部の間に、前記伝熱シートが介在されてなる電源装置。 - 外装缶を角型とする複数の電池セルと、

前記複数の電池セルの積層方向に沿って延長された板状で、前記電池積層体の対向する側面にそれぞれ配置されて、前記エンドプレート同士を締結する複数の締結部材と、
前記電池積層体を上面側に載置して、該電池積層体を放熱するための放熱プレートと、
前記放熱プレートの上面と、前記電池積層体の下面との間に介在されて、前記放熱プレートと電池積層体とを熱結合状態とする伝熱シートと、

前記エンドプレートの下面であって、前記伝熱シートと対向する部位を、前記伝熱シートの上面と同じ高さか、これよりも上方に配置しており、

前記電池積層体を上面側に載置して、該電池積層体を放熱するための放熱プレートと、
前記放熱プレートの上面と、前記電池積層体の下面との間に介在されて、前記放熱プレートと電池積層体とを熱結合状態とする伝熱シートと、
を備える電源装置の製造方法であって、
前記放熱プレートの上面に、前記伝熱シートを載置し、さらに前記伝熱シートの上面に、前記電池積層体を載置した状態で、前記電池積層体の各端面を、前記エンドプレートで、
前記一対のスペーサ部を前記伝熱シートの厚さ分突出させることにより、
前記押圧面の下辺が前記伝熱シートの上面と同じ高さかこれよりも上方に配置され、かつ
前記一対のスペーサ部の間に、前記伝熱シートが介在された状態で、
それぞれ押圧する工程と、
前記電池積層体が押圧された状態で、前記締結部材で締結する工程と
を含む電源装置の製造方法。 - 請求項13に記載の電源装置の製造方法であって、
前記押圧工程において、前記エンドプレートが、前記放熱プレートの上面から、前記伝熱シートの厚さ分、治具により浮かせて保持されてなる電源装置の製造方法。
