Claims (7)
- 主軸の回転に基づいて回転する副軸ギアと、
前記副軸ギアを軸線周りに回転可能に支持する軸受部と、
前記軸受部を支持する軸部と、
前記副軸ギアと前記軸受部との間に設けられるスペーサとを備え、
前記スペーサの少なくとも一部は、磁性材から形成されており、
前記スペーサは、前記軸線に交差する方向に広がるように形成されていることを特徴とするアブソリュートエンコーダ。 - 前記スペーサは、板状部とリング部とを有しており、
前記板状部は、平面に沿って広がる部分であり、一対の面を有しており、
前記リング部は、環状の部分であり、前記板状部の一対の面の一方から突出するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアブソリュートエンコーダ。 - 前記リング部と前記板状部とは一体であり、
前記スペーサは前記磁性材から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のアブソリュートエンコーダ。 - 前記リング部と前記板状部とは互いに別体であり、
前記板状部は前記磁性材から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のアブソリュートエンコーダ。 - 前記板状部は、前記軸線方向において前記軸受部を覆うように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項記載のアブソリュートエンコーダ。
- 前記軸受部は、少なくとも1つの軸受を有しており、
前記軸受は外輪及び内輪を有しており、
前記軸受の外輪は、前記副軸ギアに固定され、
前記軸受の内輪は、前記軸部に固定され、
前記スペーサは、前記軸線方向において前記副軸ギアと前記軸受の外輪との間に挟まれることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のアブソリュートエンコーダ。 - 前記副軸ギアは、前記スペーサ及び前記軸受部を収容可能な空間を形成する収容部を有しており、
前記収容部は前記軸受部が嵌着可能になっていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のアブソリュートエンコーダ。
