Description
すなわち、本発明は、以下の構成からなる。
本発明のポリエステル樹脂は、多価カルボン酸成分と多価アルコール成分との重縮合物によって得ることのできる化学構造からなり、多価カルボン酸成分と多価アルコール成分とはそれぞれ1種または2種以上の選択された成分からなるものである。
本発明のポリエステル樹脂水分散体は、前記ポリエステル樹脂および水を含有し、必要に応じて有機溶媒を含有する水分散体である。
本発明の接着剤組成物は、前記ポリエステル樹脂水分散体を必須成分として含有する組成物である。
本発明の積層体は、基材となるフィルムや金属箔の少なくとも片面に、本発明の接着剤組成物からなる接着剤層を積層したフィルムや金属箔である。積層体は基材となるフィルムや金属箔に接着剤組成物を塗布した後、乾燥処理を行うことにより得られるものである。
400MHzの1H-核磁気共鳴スペクトル装置(1H-NMR)を用い、ポリエステル樹脂を構成する多価カルボン酸成分、多価アルコール成分のモル比定量を行った。溶媒には重クロロホルムを使用した。
セイコーインスツルメンツ(株)製示差走査熱量分析計(DSC)DSC-220を用いて、アルミニウム押え蓋型容器にサンプル(ヒートシール用ポリエステル樹脂)5mgを密封し、-100℃から250℃まで、20℃/分の昇温速度で測定し、ガラス転移温度以下のベースラインの延長線とピークの立ち上がり部分からピークの頂点までの間での最大傾斜を示す接線との交点の温度で求めた。
ポリエステル樹脂のサンプル濃度0.1g/25ml、測定溶剤フェノール/テトラクロロエタン(質量比6/4)、測定温度30℃でウベローデ粘度管を用いて測定した
ポリエステル樹脂の試料0.2gを40mlのクロロホルムに溶解し、0.01Nの水酸化カリウムエタノール溶液で滴定し、ポリエステル樹脂106gあたりの当量(eq/t)を求めた。指示薬にはフェノールフタレインを用いた。
ポリエステル樹脂水分散体を25℃下6か月保管(静置)し、外観、形状(粘度)変化を確認した。
<評価基準>
○:外観、形状(粘度)変化なし。
△:白濁したが形状(粘度)は変化なし。
×:粘度上昇が生じた、分離した、または分散不良が生じた。
実施例、比較例で得られた接着剤組成物を厚さ約20μmのアルミ箔に、乾燥後の厚みが4~5μmとなるように塗布した。次いで150℃で30秒乾燥し、評価用積層アルミ箔を得た。
評価用積層アルミ箔の接着剤層面を、厚さ約850μmのA-PETシートおよびポリスチレンシート、ポリ塩化ビニルシートそれぞれの基材に対し、温度200℃、圧力4.5kgf/cm2で、1秒間ヒートシールした。その後、15mm幅の試験片を切り取り、25℃において、引張速度100mm/minで180°剥離試験を行い、剥離強度を測定した。
<評価基準>
◎:すべての基材に対し、1000gf/15mm以上
○:すべての基材に対し、800gf/15mm以上
×:800gf/15mmに達しない基材あり
撹拌機、温度計、加熱ヒーター、冷却装置、溜出用冷却器を装備した反応缶内に、イソフタル酸534質量部、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸141質量部、無水トリメリット酸12質量部、ジエチレングリコール652質量部およびテトラブチルチタネート0.5質量部を仕込み、220℃まで昇温しつつ4時間かけてエステル化反応を行った。エステル化反応終了後、系内を250℃まで昇温しながら60分かけて10torrまで減圧し、さらに1torr以下の真空下まで減圧して250℃で所定粘度まで重縮合反応を行った。その後、系内に窒素を流し、220℃まで冷却し、無水トリメリット酸24質量部添加し、30分間反応した。反応終了後、ポリエステル樹脂を取り出し、冷却することによりポリエステル樹脂(A-1)を得た。樹脂組成および物性の測定結果を表1に示す。
ポリエステル樹脂(A-1)の合成例と同様に、原料の種類と配合比率を変更して、ポリエステル樹脂(A-2)~(A-12)を合成した。樹脂組成および物性の測定結果を表1に示す。
ポリエステル樹脂水分散体(B)の製造例
ポリエステル樹脂水分散体(B-1)の製造
ポリエステル樹脂(A-1)を以下の手順に従い、水分散化した。攪拌機、コンデンサー、温度計を具備した反応容器にポリエステル樹脂(A-1)990部、イソプロパノール578部、水1733部、28%アンモニア水18部を仕込み、75℃にて4時間撹拌を行った。室温まで冷却後、反応容器より取り出すことでポリエステル樹脂水分散体(B-1)を得た。各種特性評価をおこなった結果を表2に示す。
実施例1の製造例と同様に、ポリエステル樹脂の種類を変更して、ポリエステル樹脂水分散体(B-2)~(B-12)を得た。各種特性評価をおこなった結果を表2に示す。
Claims (5)
- 接着剤層と、熱可塑性樹脂フィルムまたはアルミ箔とを積層してなる積層体を構成要素として有する包装材であって、
接着剤層が、ポリエステル樹脂を含有するポリエステル樹脂水分散体を含有する接着剤組成物からなり、
ポリエステル樹脂が、多価カルボン酸成分と多価アルコール成分を構造単位として有し、多価アルコール成分を100モル%としたときにジエチレングリコール成分が60モル%以上であり、
多価カルボン酸成分の合計量を100モル%とした場合、スルホン酸塩基を有する芳香族ジカルボン酸成分の含有量が0.1モル%以下であり、
ポリエステル樹脂の酸価が150~500eq/tであり、
ポリエステル樹脂のガラス転移温度が-5℃以上20℃以下であり、但し、ガラス転移温度は、示差走査熱量分析計を用いて、アルミニウム押え蓋型容器にポリエステル樹脂5mgを密封し、-100℃から250℃まで、20℃/分の昇温速度で測定し、ガラス転移温度以下のベースラインの延長線とピークの立ち上がり部分からピークの頂点までの間での最大傾斜を示す接線との交点の温度として求められる、包装材。 - 接着剤層の厚みが1~10μmの範囲である請求項1に記載の包装材。
- 請求項1または2に記載の包装材を構成要素として有するブリスターパック。
- 請求項1または2に記載の包装材を構成要素として有する食品包装容器用の蓋材。
