Description
Claims (14)
- ハウジング(2)と、前記ハウジング(2)の内部に配置された母線配列(5)とを含むパワーコンバータ(1)であって、
前記パワーコンバータ(1)において、前記母線配列(5)に沿って交流電流が流れるように構成され、
前記ハウジング(2)の壁(13a、14a)と前記母線配列(5)との間に配置された少なくとも1つの高透磁性材料製の平面磁束誘導エレメント(19、20)を有し、
前記ハウジングは、第1のハウジングエレメント(3)と、低透磁性材料から形成されたカバーエレメント(11)と、を含み、
前記カバーエレメント(11)は、前記第1のハウジングエレメント(3)の内部に配置され、
前記第1のハウジングエレメント(3)によって形成された壁(13a)と前記母線配列(5)との間の前記カバーエレメント(11)上に、磁束誘導エレメント(19)が配置されている、ことを特徴とするパワーコンバータ。 - 前記磁束誘導エレメント(19、20)は、金属プレート又はフェライトプレートから形成されている、請求項1に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記母線配列(5)は、第1のハウジングエレメント(3)の第2の壁(13b)の中の少なくとも1つの開口部(15、16)を通って第1のハウジングエレメント(3)の外にガイドされ、磁束誘導エレメント(19)は、カバーエレメント(11)の開口側エッジ部上に配置されている、請求項2に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記カバーエレメント(11)は、少なくとも1つの開口部(15、16)の方向を向いた突起部(25a~25d)を有し、磁束誘導エレメント(19)は、突起部(25a~25d)に及んでいる、請求項3に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記磁束誘導エレメント(19)が配置された前記カバーエレメント(11)の一部分(21)は厚さが他の部分よりも大きい、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記カバーエレメント(11)は、内部に磁束誘導エレメント(19)が配置された陥凹部(22)を有する、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記第1のハウジングエレメント(3)は、パワーコンバータ(1)の電力エレクトロニクスユニット(8)を収納して、電力エレクトロニクスユニットは、入力側で前記交流電流を受電するか、又は出力側で交流電流を供給するように構成されている、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記ハウジング(2)は、少なくとも1つの開口部(17、18)を有する第2のハウジングエレメント(4)を含み、少なくとも1つの開口部を通って母線配列(5)は、第2のハウジングエレメント(4)の内部にガイドされ、磁束誘導エレメント(20)が、第2のハウジングエレメント(4)により形成され、しかも前記少なくとも1つの開口部(17、18)を含む第2の壁(14b)に対して垂直に延びる壁(14a)と母線配列(5)との間に配置されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記磁束誘導エレメント(20)は、第1の壁(14a)に配置されている、請求項8に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記母線配列(5)が開口部(15~18)を通って第1のハウジングエレメント(3)から第2のハウジングエレメント(4)の内部にガイドされるように、ハウジングエレメント(3、4)は相対配置されている、請求項4に従属する場合は、請求項8又は9に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記磁束誘導エレメント(19、20)は、開口部(15~18)を通り抜けるワンピース磁束誘導装置によって形成されている、請求項10に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記第2のハウジングエレメント(4)は、発電機(32)に母線配列(5)を接続するための接続装置(33)を収納している、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のパワーコンバータ。
- 前記パワーコンバータ(1)は、交流電流を供給して発電機(32)の回転磁界を発生させるように構成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の発電機(32)及びパワーコンバータ(1)を含む配列(31)。
- 前記発電機(32)は、車両(30)を駆動するように構成されている、請求項13に記載の配列(31)を含む車両(30)。
