Description
・括約筋用のカフ用貯留部の圧力とカフとの圧力差測定
・血管血液貯蔵部圧又は心圧と体圧との圧力差測定
しかしながら、体圧は一定ではない。環境の圧力が変化すると、体圧は大気圧に従う。その理由に以下が挙げられる。
・高度(例えば登山時)に起因する圧力変化
・航空機内の圧力変化
これらの大気圧変化の大きさは、圧力差測定と同程度、又はそれを上回るものである。
・測定中、空気の圧縮性に応じてチタン製ダイアフラムが動く。反ったチタン箔の固有応力は測定に影響を及ぼす。
・水圧作動式インプラントであって、尿道を閉じることで患者が失禁を我慢できる状態にしたり、尿道を開けて患者に排尿させたりできるもの
・水圧作動流体には食塩水を用い、機械駆動式又は電気駆動式ポンプによって移動させられる。
・尿道カフ圧と生体腹部圧力との間の完全な差圧測定
この用途において、植込み可能な差圧センサは、体液でなく食塩水溶液を有する環境に埋め込まれる。両圧力側部のいずれにも体液は存在しない。この場合、ダイアフラム(図6)を保護する追加の措置は不要である。
Claims (13)
- インプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
小室(12c)を有するハウジング(12)と、
センサ部(14)と、
第1の圧力側部(12s1)において前記小室(12c)を覆う第1の膜(20s1)と、第2の圧力側部(12s2)において前記小室(12c)を覆う第2の膜(20s2)と、を備え、
前記小室(12c)は、前記第1の膜(20s1)及び前記第2の膜(20s2)と接触するとともに、前記第1の膜(20s1)と前記第2の膜(20s2)との間で前記小室(12c)内に配置された前記センサ部(14)に接触する圧力伝達手段を含み、
センサ制御部(16)が前記ハウジング(12)内に配置され、
前記センサ部(14)は、前記小室(12c)の前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)における圧力と前記小室(12c)の前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)における圧力との圧力差を決定するように構成され、
前記小室(12c)は、前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)から前記ハウジング(12)を介して前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)まで延び、前記ハウジング(12)は、前記小室(12c)を第1の部分と第2の部分とに分離するダイアフラム(15)を含み、前記ダイアフラム(15)は前記センサ部(14)を保持し、
前記第1の膜(20s1)は第1の箔(20s1)を含み、前記第2の膜(20s2)は第2の箔(20s2)を含み、前記小室(12c)は、前記小室(12c)を密閉するように、前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)において前記第1の箔(20s1)で覆われ、且つ、前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)において前記第2の箔(20s2)で覆われ、
前記インプラント(10,10′,10″)は、2つの異なる圧力側部を分離する生体膜に接続される固定具を含み、前記センサ部(14)は、前記2つの異なる圧力側部間の圧力差を決定する、インプラント。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記センサ部(14)は膜を含み、前記膜は、前記膜の第1の側面に対して前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)から付加された圧力と、前記センサ部(14)の前記膜の第2の側面に対して前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)から付加された圧力との間の相対圧を測定するように構成される、インプラント。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記センサ部(14)は、第1の圧力センサ及び第2の圧力センサを有するセンサ構成を含み、前記第1の圧力センサは、前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)における圧力を測定するように構成され、前記第2の圧力センサは、前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)における圧力を測定するように構成される、インプラント。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記ハウジング(12)は、前記センサ部(14)及び/又は前記センサ制御部(16)が取り付けられるダイアフラム(15)を含み、且つ/又は、
前記ダイアフラム(15)は、前記小室(12c)を貫通する、インプラント。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)における前記第1の箔(20s1)及び前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)における前記第2の箔(20s2)は前記小室(12c)を密閉し、且つ/又は、
前記ハウジング(12)は、前記センサ制御部(16)を密閉する、インプラント。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)の圧力は、前記第1の箔(20s1)及び前記圧力伝達手段(13)を介して前記センサ部(14)に付加され、前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)における圧力は、前記第2の箔(20s2)及び前記圧力伝達手段(13)を介して前記センサ部(14)に付加され、又は、
前記第1の圧力側部(12s1)における圧力は、前記第1の箔(20s1)及び前記圧力伝達手段(13)を介して前記センサ部(14)の第1の側面に付加され、前記第2の圧力側部(12s2)における圧力は、前記第2の箔(20s2)及び前記圧力伝達手段(13)を介して前記センサ部(14)の第2の側面に付加される、インプラント。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記第1及び/又は第2の箔(20s2)は、チタン箔、薄いチタン箔、又はPEEK箔を含む、インプラント。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記小室(12c)、又は前記小室(12c)の第1の部分及び第2の部分は、前記圧力伝達手段(13)を形成するオイル(13)、液体、又は鋳造物が充填され、且つ/又は、
前記小室(12c)、又は前記小室(12c)の第1の部分及び第2の部分は、前記圧力伝達手段(13)を形成するオイル(13)、液体、又は鋳造物が充填され、前記制御部(16)は、前記オイル(13)、前記液体、又は前記鋳造物に埋め込まれる、インプラント。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記小室(12c)、又は前記小室(12c)の第1の部分及び第2の部分は、液体、オイル(13)又は鋳型を案内するための案内部を含む、インプラント。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)であって、
前記ハウジング(12)は、前記小室(12c)、前記センサ部(14)、又は前記ハウジング(12)の箔若しくは第1及び第2の箔(20s2)を取り囲む、フィルタ、フィルタバッグ、格子、フィルタを含む格子、剛性格子又は有孔の構成要素を含む、インプラント。 - カフ用貯留部であって、
請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)を備え、
前記インプラント(10,10′,10″)は、カフ用貯留部の一部として実現され、
前記センサ部(14)は、前記カフ用貯留部内の、又は前記カフ用貯留部と周囲との間の2つの異なる圧力間の圧力差を決定する、カフ用貯留部。 - 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10,10′,10″)を製造する方法であって、前記小室(12c)内及び/又は2枚の箔間に前記センサ部(14)を配置するステップを備える、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であって、
前記小室(12c)及び/又は前記2枚の箔間の領域に注入を行うステップを備え、且つ/又は、
前記注入を行うステップは、前記箔及び/又は前記第1及び第2の箔(20s2)を前記ハウジング(12)に取り付ける前又は後に実行される、方法。
