横方向に沿って前記原料を前記ディスペンサ(2)から前記製造ユニットへ搬送し、さらに前記回収装置(12)へ搬送するコンベヤベルト(3)と、
を備える、多層部材の付加製造用の3Dプリンタ(1)。 - 前記コンベヤベルト(3)は放射線透過性の薄膜を含み、前記薄膜は回転するローラによって移動される、請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- 前記薄膜は循環作動が可能であり、それにより前記薄膜に再コーティングすることができる、請求項2に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- 前記原料は、それぞれスラリーを含み、前記スラリーはセラミックまたは金属または有機の粉末と、光重合有機接着剤とを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- 前記ディスペンサ(2)は、それぞれ前記原料を貯蔵するための容器と、前記コンベヤベルト(3)に前記原料をコーティングするためのコーティング装置とを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- 前記製造ユニットは、
その上で前記コンベヤベルト(3)が案内され、放射線が透過する窓を含む作業面(6)と、
前記窓の下方に配置され、前記窓および前記コンベヤベルト(3)を透過して前記コンベヤベルト(3)上の原料を露光して硬化させることができる放射源(7)と、
その下側に前記部材(8)が付着し、前記作業面(6)上で前記作業面(6)に対して平行して配置されている構造板(9)と、
前記構造板(9)を前記作業面(6)に対して直交して昇降させることができ、部材(8)とコンベヤベルト(3)との間の間隔を設定するように構成された位置決めシステム(10)と、
を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。 - 前記製造ユニットは、対応する原料を前記部材(8)から除去するための少なくとも2つのクリーニング装置(11)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- 前記クリーニング装置(11)は駆動システムによって前記部材(8)の表面に沿って横方向に移動することができる、請求項7に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- クリーニング装置(11)ごとに1台の返送装置が設けられており、
各返送装置は、回収された前記原料をそれぞれに対応する前記ディスペンサ(2)に返送する輸送ユニットを含む、請求項7または8に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。 - 前記クリーニング装置(11)によって除去された前記原料は、対応する返送装置によって適切な前記ディスペンサ(2)に返送される、請求項7に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- 第1ディスペンサによって、コンベヤベルト(3)に第1原料を1層塗工するステップであって、塗布される前記第1原料の層厚が、少なくとも既に形成された部材(8)に添加される層の所望の前記層厚に相当するステップと、
前記第1原料の層を添加した前記コンベヤベルト(3)を作業面(6)に搬送するステップと、
前記第1原料の層と前記部材(8)の被コーティング面とを前記作業面(6)において接触させ、構造化により前記第1原料の一部を硬化させることで、前記部材(8)の構造化された新しい層を形成するステップと、
前記新しい層を含む前記部材(8)を前記作業面(6)から持ち上げるステップと、
前記コンベヤベルト(3)上の余剰な前記第1原料を第1回収装置へ搬送するステップであって、前記第1回収装置はブレードとして実現されているステップと、
前記ブレードとして実現されている前記第1回収装置により、前記余剰な前記第1原料を前記コンベヤベルト(3)から取り除き、取り除いた前記第1原料を前記第1ディスペンサに返送するステップであって、前記第1回収装置のポンプが設けられたホース(13)を用いて、前記第1回収装置から前記余剰な前記第1原料を吸い込み、前記ホース(13)を介して前記第1ディスペンサに輸送するステップと、
第2原料、第2ディスペンサおよび前記第2回収装置によって前記ステップを繰り返すステップと、
を含む、3次元多層部材の付加製造および未使用原料の回収方法。 - 前記作業面(6)は放射線が透過する窓を有し、寸法の点から、前記窓のサイズは、少なくとも前記添加される層の外形サイズに相当し、
前記部材(8)を取り付け済みの構造板(9)を前記窓の上方に位置決めし、
前記部材(8)の表面と前記コンベヤベルト(3)の最上側との間の距離が、前記部材(8)に添加される構造化された新しい層の所望の層厚になるまで、前記構造板(9)を前記窓と直交して降下させ、
前記窓を透過した前記部材(8)への放射線によって、前記第1原料および前記第2原料を構造化および固化させて新しい層とし、
前記部材(8)を取り付け済みの前記構造板(9)および前記部材(8)に付着した新しい層を前記コンベヤベルト(3)から持ち上げる、
請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、続いて、
前記部材(8)から前記第1原料および前記第2原料を除去するためのクリーニング装置(11)を提供するステップと、
前記クリーニング装置(11)を前記部材(8)の表面に沿って横方向に移動させることで、前記部材(8)の表面から過剰な前記第1原料および前記第2原料を、それぞれ、取り除くステップと、
対応する返送装置によって、取り除いた前記第1原料および前記第2原料を、それぞれ、前記第1原料および前記第2原料に対応する前記第1ディスペンサまたは前記第2ディスペンサに返送するステップと、
を含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 前記コンベヤベルト(3)は、横方向に沿って前記第1原料および前記第2原料を、それぞれ、前記第1ディスペンサまたは前記第2ディスペンサから前記作業面(6)へ搬送し、さらに前記第1回収装置または前記第2回収装置へ搬送する、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造化および前記硬化の後、前記部材(8)の表面から過剰な前記第1原料および前記第2原料を取り除くステップは、クリーニング装置(11)を前記部材(8)の表面に沿って横方向に移動させることで実行される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記クリーニング装置(11)によって取り除かれた前記第1原料および前記第2原料が、対応する返送装置によって、対応する適切な前記第1ディスペンサまたは前記第2ディスペンサに返送される請求項15に記載の方法。
- それぞれ異なる原料をコンベヤベルト(3)にコーティングするための、互いに分離した少なくとも2つのディスペンサ(2)と、
その内部において、前記原料の少なくとも一部を新しい層として、既に形成された部材(8)に接合する製造ユニットと、
前記部材(8)へ層を接合するとき、未使用の異なる原料を選択的に回収し、前記原料を対応する前記ディスペンサ(2)に返送するための、互いに分離した少なくとも2つの回収装置(12)と、
横方向に沿って前記原料を前記ディスペンサ(2)から前記製造ユニットへ搬送し、さらに前記回収装置(12)へ搬送するコンベヤベルト(3)と、を備え
前記製造ユニットは、対応する原料を前記部材(8)から除去するための少なくとも2つのクリーニング装置(11)を含む、多層部材の付加製造用の3Dプリンタ(1)。 - 前記クリーニング装置(11)によって取り除かれた前記原料が、対応する返送装置によって、対応する適切な前記ディスペンサ(2)に返送される請求項17に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。
- クリーニング装置(11)ごとに1台の返送装置が設けられており、
各返送装置は、回収された前記原料をそれぞれに対応する前記ディスペンサ(2)に返送する輸送ユニットを含む、請求項17または18に記載の3Dプリンタ(1)。 - 第1ディスペンサによって、コンベヤベルト(3)に第1原料を1層塗工するステップであって、塗布される前記第1原料の層厚が、少なくとも既に形成された部材(8)に添加される層の所望の前記層厚に相当するステップと、
前記第1原料の層を添加した前記コンベヤベルト(3)を作業面(6)に搬送するステップと、
前記第1原料の層と前記部材(8)の被コーティング面とを前記作業面(6)において接触させ、構造化により前記第1原料の一部を硬化させることで、前記部材(8)の構造化された新しい層を形成するステップと、
クリーニング装置(11)を前記部材(8)の表面に沿って横方向に移動させることで、前記部材(8)の表面から過剰な前記第1原料を取り除くステップと、
前記新しい層を含む前記部材(8)を前記作業面(6)から持ち上げるステップと、
前記コンベヤベルト(3)上の余剰な前記第1原料を第1回収装置へ搬送するステップと、
前記第1回収装置により、前記余剰な前記第1原料を前記コンベヤベルト(3)から取り除き、取り除いた前記第1原料を前記第1ディスペンサに返送するステップと、
第2原料、第2ディスペンサおよび第2回収装置によって前記ステップを繰り返すステップと、
を含む、3次元多層部材の付加製造および未使用原料の回収方法。 - 前記クリーニング装置(11)によって取り除かれた前記第1原料および第2原料が、それぞれ、対応する返送装置によって、対応する適切な前記第1ディスペンサまたは第2ディスペンサに返送される請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記作業面(6)は放射線が透過する窓を有し、寸法の点から、前記窓のサイズは、少なくとも前記添加される層の外形サイズに相当し、
前記部材(8)を取り付け済みの構造板(9)を前記窓の上方に位置決めし、
前記部材(8)の表面と前記コンベヤベルト(3)の最上側との間の距離が、前記部材(8)に添加される構造化された新しい層の所望の層厚になるまで、前記構造板(9)を前記窓と直交して降下させ、
前記窓を透過した前記部材(8)への放射線によって、前記第1原料および前記第2原料をそれぞれ構造化および固化させて新しい層とし、
前記部材(8)を取り付け済みの前記構造板(9)および前記部材(8)に付着した新しい層を前記コンベヤベルト(3)から持ち上げる、
