Description
外層と内層とを有する二層構造のプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形工程と、
前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂製の剥離容器を成形するブロー成形工程と、を有する剥離容器の製造方法であって、
前記射出成形工程は、
外層用樹脂材料を第一射出金型に充填して前記外層を成形するとともに、前記外層の一部に薄膜部を成形する外層成形工程と、
内層用樹脂材料を前記薄膜部に向けて射出することで前記薄膜部を破断させ、破断させた前記薄膜部を介して、前記外層用樹脂材料の融点より低い温度の前記内層用樹脂材料を第二射出金型に充填して前記内層を成形する内層成形工程と、
を有する。
このように、上記方法によれば、ホットパリソン式のブロー成形法を用いて剥離容器を製造する製造方法を提供することができる。
外層と内層とを有する二層構造のプリフォームを射出成形する方法であって、
外層用樹脂材料を第一射出金型に充填して前記外層を成形するとともに、前記外層の一部に薄膜部を成形する外層成形工程と、
内層用樹脂材料を前記薄膜部に向けて射出することで前記薄膜部を破断させ、破断させた前記薄膜部を介して、前記外層用樹脂材料の融点より低い温度の前記内層用樹脂材料を第二射出金型に充填して前記内層を成形する内層成形工程と、
を有する。
外層と内層とを有する二層構造のプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形部と、
前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂製の剥離容器を成形するブロー成形部と、を有する剥離容器の製造装置であって、
前記射出成形部は、
ホットランナー型から供給された外層用樹脂材料を前記外層に成形するとともに、前記ホットランナー型が有するバルブピンと連動して、前記外層の一部に薄膜部を形成する第一射出金型と、
前記薄膜部を破断させて充填された内層用樹脂材料を前記内層に成形する第二射出金型と、
を有する。
外層と内層の二層構造を有し、前記内層の一部が前記外層に形成された充填口を介して前記外層の外側に露出している。
現在、実用化されている延伸ブロー方式による剥離容器の製造方式としては、例えば、内層プリフォームか外層プリフォームのいずれか一方をインサート材として利用するホットパリソン式のブロー成形法がある。しかしながら、この成形法の場合、ブロー成形機の他に、二層構造のプリフォーム片を事前に製造する射出成形機が必要であり、製造コストと製造工程の増加が伴う。
また、剥離容器は、外層用の樹脂材料の融点が内層用の樹脂材料の融点よりも高く設定されることが多い。このため、二層構造のプリフォームを成形する射出成形工程において、例えば、まず内層プリフォームを成形し、その後に外層プリフォームを成形する場合、高温の外層用の樹脂材料を充填した際にその樹脂材料に接触した内層プリフォームの表面が溶融して熱変形してしまう。
したがって、射出成形工程からブロー成形工程までを連続して行う1ステージのホットパリソン式のブロー成形法を用いて剥離容器を製造することはこれまでできなかった。
したがって、上記剥離容器の製造方法によれば、ホットパリソン式のブロー成形法を用いて剥離容器30を製造することができる。
Claims (7)
- 外層と内層とを有する二層構造のプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形工程と、
前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂製の剥離容器を成形するブロー成形工程と、を有する剥離容器の製造方法であって、
前記射出成形工程は、
外層用樹脂材料を第一射出金型に充填して前記外層を成形するとともに、前記外層の一部に薄膜部を成形する外層成形工程と、
内層用樹脂材料を前記薄膜部に向けて射出することで前記薄膜部を破断させ、破断させた前記薄膜部を介して、前記外層用樹脂材料の融点より低い温度の前記内層用樹脂材料を第二射出金型に充填して前記内層を成形する内層成形工程と、
を有する、
剥離容器の製造方法。 - 前記外層成形工程において、前記外層の表面温度を前記内層用樹脂材料の融点以下にした後に、前記内層成形工程に移行する、
請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第一射出金型は、第一射出キャビティ型と、第一射出コア型とを有しており、
前記薄膜部は、前記プリフォームの前記外層の底部に形成されており、
前記外層成形工程において、
前記第一射出キャビティ型に前記外層用樹脂材料を充填した後に、前記第一射出キャビティ型に前記外層用樹脂材料を供給するホットランナー型が有するバルブピンを前記第一射出コア型に向けて移動させて、前記バルブピンの先端部により前記外層の一部を窪ませた状態で所定時間冷却することで前記薄膜部が形成される、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第一射出キャビティ型は、第一突起部を有しており、
前記外層成形工程において、前記第一突起部により、前記外層に、剥離容器の外層と内層とを剥離させるためのエア導入孔用の凹部が形成される、
請求項3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第二射出金型は、第二突起部を有する第二射出キャビティ型を有し、
前記内層成形工程において、前記エア導入孔用の凹部に前記第二突起部が嵌った状態で、前記第二射出キャビティ型に前記内層用樹脂材料が充填される、
請求項4に記載の製造方法。 - 外層と内層とを有する二層構造のプリフォームを射出成形により製造する方法であって、
外層用樹脂材料を第一射出金型に充填して前記外層を成形するとともに、前記外層の一部に薄膜部を成形する外層成形工程と、
内層用樹脂材料を前記薄膜部に向けて射出することで前記薄膜部を破断させ、破断させた前記薄膜部を介して、前記外層用樹脂材料の融点より低い温度の前記内層用樹脂材料を第二射出金型に充填して前記内層を成形する内層成形工程と、
を有する、
プリフォームの製造方法。 - 外層と内層とを有する二層構造のプリフォームを射出成形する射出成形部と、
前記プリフォームをブロー成形して樹脂製の剥離容器を成形するブロー成形部と、を有する剥離容器の製造装置であって、
前記射出成形部は、
ホットランナー型から供給された外層用樹脂材料を前記外層に成形するとともに、前記ホットランナー型が有するバルブピンと連動して、前記外層の一部に薄膜部を形成する第一射出金型と、
前記薄膜部を破断させて充填された内層用樹脂材料を前記内層に成形する第二射出金型と、
を有する、
