Description
Claims (10)
- 二次電池を挟んで前記二次電池の両面上に配置される一対の加圧プレートを含み、
前記加圧プレートは、
ボディ部と、前記ボディ部の両端と連結形成され、油圧によって膨張するチューブを内部に含む外郭部と、で構成され、
前記加圧プレートの中央を原点0とし、一側端部の位置を1とするとき、前記外郭部または前記チューブは前記加圧プレートの原点0から前記一側端部方向に2/3以上の位置に形成される、
加圧チャネル。 - 前記外郭部は、
前記チューブが挿入される挿入空間を具備した、請求項1に記載の加圧チャネル。 - 前記加圧プレートの少なくとも一面に形成されたヒーティングパッド、および
前記ヒーティングパッドが形成された前記加圧プレートの両面に形成されたシリコンパッドを含む、請求項1に記載の加圧チャネル。 - 前記チューブ内に流体を供給する流体供給部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の加圧チャネル。
- 前記流体供給部は、
前記チューブに供給される流体を貯蔵する流体タンクと、
前記チューブに供給される流体を予め設定された圧力で圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機によって圧縮された流体を前記チューブに供給したり、前記チューブから流体を回収したりする流路と、を含む、請求項4に記載の加圧チャネル。 - 複数個の二次電池を内部に収容するフレーム、および
前記フレーム内部に設置され、複数個の二次電池のうちいずれか一つの二次電池を挟んで両面上に配置される一対の加圧プレートを含む加圧チャネルが複数個で形成され、
前記加圧プレートは、
ボディ部と、前記ボディ部の両端と連結形成され、油圧によって膨張するチューブを内部に含む外郭部と、で構成され、
前記加圧プレートの中央を原点0とし、一側端部の位置を1とするとき、前記外郭部または前記チューブは前記加圧プレートの原点0から前記一側端部方向に2/3以上の位置に形成される、
二次電池充放電装置。 - 前記外郭部は、
前記チューブが挿入される挿入空間を具備した、請求項6に記載の二次電池充放電装置。 - 前記加圧プレートの少なくとも一面に形成されたヒーティングパッド、および
前記ヒーティングパッドが形成された前記加圧プレートの両面に形成されたシリコンパッドを含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池充放電装置。 - 前記加圧チャネルは、前記チューブ内に流体を供給する流体供給部をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池充放電装置。
- 前記流体供給部は、
前記チューブに供給される流体を貯蔵する流体タンクと、
前記チューブに供給される流体を予め設定された圧力で圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機によって圧縮された流体を前記チューブに供給したり、前記チューブから流体を回収する流路と、を含む、請求項9に記載の二次電池充放電装置。
