Claims (5)
- 電極体を備えた蓄電素子であって、
前記電極体は、第1電極シートと前記第1電極シートとは異なる極性を有する第2電極シートとを有し、かつ、前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとが重ねられて巻回されることで形成され、
前記第1電極シートは、
金属箔と、
前記金属箔に設けられた活物質層と、
前記金属箔に設けられた絶縁層と、
を備え、
前記金属箔は、前記活物質層が設けられていない活物質非形成部を有し、
前記活物質非形成部は、前記金属箔の所定方向の縁部に沿って延びる第1活物質非形成部と、前記第1活物質非形成部から突出した第1タブと、を有し、
前記絶縁層は、前記第1電極シートの厚み方向において前記活物質層と接触し、かつ、前記活物質非形成部における前記第1タブの基部を含む領域に形成されており、
前記第1タブは、前記基部の縁部のコーナ部にアールが付けられており、
前記絶縁層は、前記第1タブの前記アールを含む領域に形成されていることを特徴とする蓄電素子。 - 前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとの間にセパレータが介されており、
前記絶縁層における前記第1タブの表面に形成された部分は、前記所定方向において前記セパレータの縁部よりも突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記活物質非形成部において、前記金属箔の端面にも前記絶縁層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記絶縁層は、さらに、前記第1活物質非形成部に形成されており、
前記第1活物質非形成部及び前記基部に設けられた前記絶縁層は、一体に連なっていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記第1電極シートを外部端子に電気的に接続させる集電体を更に備え、
前記第1タブは、折り曲げられた状態で前記集電体に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
