Description
Claims (9)
- それぞれの嵌合端部にフェルールアダプターをそれぞれ有する第1及び第2の流体パイプを連結するための流体継手であって、
円筒継手を形成するように協働する第1及び第2の半円筒要素であって、非金属材料で形成される第1及び第2の半円筒要素と、
前記第1及び第2の半円筒要素の枢動を確立して、前記継手を開放及び閉鎖するための、それぞれの前記第1及び第2の半円筒要素において一体的に形成される第1及び第2のヒンジ要素と、
前記第1及び第2のヒンジ要素を通るピンと、
前記継手を封止するために、各流体パイプの前記フェルールアダプターに隣接して位置決めされる非金属封止スリーブと、
前記継手に形成された、円周方向に等間隔の複数の導電性接合機構であって、当該複数の導電性接合機構は、前記継手が前記第1の流体パイプから前記第2の流体パイプに電気を通す閉位置であるとき、前記第1及び第2の流体パイプと電気接触するように適合され、当該複数の導電性接合機構は、前記第1及び第2半円筒要素の一方の第1の横方向縁部から当該半円筒要素の外面を横断して反対側の横方向縁部まで延在する、複数の導電性接合機構と、
前記第2の半円筒要素の肩部上へと半径方向内側に曲がるように構成された前記第1の半円筒要素に一体的に形成される一対の刺状突出部と、
前記一対の刺状突出部の間で前記第1の半円筒要素に一体的に形成されたラッチ上へと半径方向外側に曲がるように構成された前記第2の半円筒要素に一体的に形成された刺状突出部と、
を含む流体継手。 - 前記第1及び第2の半円筒要素は、複合材で製造される、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記第1及び第2の半円筒要素は、ポリマーで製造される、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記第1及び第2の半円筒要素は、プラスチックで製造される、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記封止スリーブは、ガラス繊維から製造される、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記封止スリーブの外径は、前記封止スリーブが軸方向及び半径方向寸法で前記継手において存在することができるように、前記半円筒要素の内径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記接合機構は、それぞれのC字形円筒要素に、前記接合機構の上に前記C字形円筒要素を形成するために使用される材料を成形することによって装着される、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記継手は、1つのピンのみを含む、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記第1のヒンジ要素は、前記第1の半円筒要素と一緒に成形され、前記第2のヒンジ要素は、前記第2の半円筒要素と一緒に成形されて、第1及び第2の一体形成部品を形成する、請求項1に記載の継手。
