Description
図4は、実施の形態1における、電源システムPの出力電力を制御するブロック線図の一例である。このブロック線図は、制御ECU400および駆動ECU450に、ソフトウェアおよび/またはハードウェアとして、構成されてよい。図4において、電圧指令RVおよび電力指令RPは、PCS-ECU500から入力される。電圧指令RVは、電源システムPの出力電圧の要求値(目標電圧)であり、たとえば、100V、200V、あるいは、600Vであってよい。また、電力指令RPは、PCS100に接続されている負荷等によって要求される(負荷等に供給する)電力であってよい。
実施の形態2では、各電池ユニットBu(バッテリパック1)の負荷(負担)の均一化を図るため、すべての電池ユニットBuにおいて電圧制御を実行する。そして、各電池ユニットBuの電圧指令に垂下特性(ドループ)を適用して、電池ユニットBu間の制御干渉を抑制する。
電圧指令補正部330から出力された補正後電圧指令RV(1-1-1)と、電池ユニットBuの出力電圧であるユニット出力電圧VO(1-1-1)が差し引き点406に入力され、差し引き点406から、補正後電圧指令RV(1-1-1)とユニット出力電圧VO(1-1-1)の偏差ΔRVが、PI制御器407へ出力される。ユニット出力電圧VO(1-1-1)は、電源サブユニットSu-1に転用されたPCU20が備えている、システム電圧VHを検出する電圧センサVHの検出値であってよい。この電圧センサVHは、本開示の「ユニット電圧を検出する電圧センサ」の一例に相当する。
図7は、変形例1に係る、電源システムPの制御装置3aを説明する図である。変形例1の制御装置3aは、電動車両Vに搭載された、HV-ECU200、MG-ECU210、および、BT-ECU220を利活用したものである。図7において、H/HV-ECU200a、および、HV-ECU(1)220a-1~HV-ECU(3)220a-3は、電動車両Vに搭載されたHV-ECU200を利活用したものである。MG-ECU210aは、MG-ECU210を利活用したものである。BT-ECU220a1~BT-ECU220a-3は、BT-ECU220を利活用したものである。
図8は、変形例2における電源システムPaの全体構成を示す図である。上記の実施の形態では、昇圧コンバータ21、インバータ22およびインバータ23を備えたPCU20を、電源システムPのコンバータ2に転用した例を説明した。上記の実施の形態では、特に、大電力を通電可能とするために、並列にスイッチング素子が設けられたインバータ23を、コンバータ2のスイッチング素子として利用していた。しかし、電動車両に搭載されるPCUには、インバータがひとつ設けられるもの、あるいは、昇圧コンバータを備えないPCUが存在する。
Claims (6)
- 電池とコンバータとを含む電池ユニットを複数並列に接続した電源システムであって、
前記コンバータを制御する制御装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、電源システムの出力電圧の指令値である電圧指令を入力パラメータとして、前記コンバータの各々を制御する電圧制御を実行し、
前記複数並列に接続された電池ユニットを含むとともに正極端子および負極端子が設けられた電源サブユニットをさらに備え、
前記コンバータは、第1の三相インバータを転用したものであり、
前記電源サブユニットは、第2の三相インバータを転用した転用インバータを含み、
前記コンバータは、正極線と負極線との間に互いに並列に接続された三相の第1アームを含み、
前記転用インバータは、前記正極線と前記負極線との間に互いに並列に接続された三相の第2アームを含み、
前記三相の第2アームは、第1相アーム、第2相アーム、および、第3相アームを有し、
前記第1相アームは、直列に接続された第1上アームと第1下アームとを有するとともに、前記第1上アームと前記第1下アームとの中間点が前記負極端子と電気的に接続されており、
前記第2相アームは、直列に接続された第2上アームと第2下アームとを有するとともに、前記第2上アームと前記第2下アームとの中間点が前記正極端子と電気的に接続されており、
前記第3相アームは、直列に接続された第3上アームと第3下アームとを有するとともに、前記第3上アームと前記第3下アームとの中間点が前記正極端子と電気的に接続されており、
前記第1の三相インバータの各相アームに、前記電池が接続されており、
前記第1下アーム、前記第2上アーム、および、前記第3上アームの各々は、短絡している、電源システム。 - 前記電池ユニットの出力電圧であるユニット出力電圧を検出する電圧センサを、さらに備え、
前記制御装置で実行する前記電圧制御は、前記ユニット出力電圧が前記電圧指令になるよう、比例制御のみによってフィードバック制御するものである、請求項1に記載の電源システム。 - 前記比例制御のゲインは、前記ユニット出力電圧の変動が所定範囲内になるよう設定されている、請求項2に記載の電源システム。
- 前記電池ユニットの出力電圧であるユニット出力電圧を検出する電圧センサと、
前記電池ユニットの出力電力であるユニット出力電力を取得する出力電力取得部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、
電源システムの出力電力の指令値である電力指令に基づいて、前記ユニット出力電力の指令値であるユニット電力指令を算出する電力指令算出部と、
前記ユニット出力電力が前記ユニット電力指令よりも大きいとき、前記ユニット電力指令と前記ユニット出力電力の偏差が大きくなるほど前記電圧指令が小さくなるよう補正するとともに、前記ユニット出力電力が前記ユニット電力指令より小さいとき、前記ユニット電力指令と前記ユニット出力電力の偏差が大きくなるほど前記電圧指令が大きくなるよう補正して、補正後電圧指令を求める電圧指令補正部と、を有し、
前記制御装置で実行する前記電圧制御は、前記ユニット出力電圧が前記補正後電圧指令になるよう、フィードバック制御するものである、請求項1に記載の電源システム。 - 前記電圧指令補正部は、前記ユニット出力電力と前記ユニット電力指令が等しいとき、前記電圧指令を前記補正後電圧指令に設定する、請求項4に記載の電源システム。
- 前記電圧指令補正部は、前記偏差と前記補正後電圧指令との関係が線形になるよう、前記補正後電圧指令を求める、請求項5に記載の電源システム。
