Description
導電層14は、複数の導体14aを支持する絶縁性基材14bを更に含んでもよい。絶縁性基材14bは、例えば樹脂フィルム等である。複数の導体14aは、絶縁性基材14bの表面に形成される。例えば、絶縁性基材14bの表面に蒸着法又はスパッタリング法等で透明導電膜を形成し、形成した透明導電膜をレーザー加工等でパターンニングする。なお、複数の導体14aは、導電性インクを用いて、印刷で形成されてもよい。
絶縁性基材14bの厚みは特に限られないが、例えば50μm~200μmである。
電波吸収体1の総厚は、例えば1.0mm~30mmであり、より好ましくは2.0mm~20mmであり、さらに好ましくは2.5mm~15mmであり、特に好ましくは2.5mm~12mmである。電波吸収層1の厚みが上記範囲内であれば、第1誘電体層13、第2誘電体層15、及び第3誘電体層17の各層を適切な厚みとし、かつ電波吸収体1を軽量化できる。
例1では、表9に示す第1誘電体層、接着層、導電層、第2誘電体層、接着層、電波反射層、接着層、及び第3誘電体層をこの順番で含む8層構造の電波吸収体を製作した。
例2では、表10に示す第1誘電体層、導電層、接着層、第2誘電体層、接着層、電波反射層、接着層、及び第3誘電体層をこの順番で含む8層構造の電波吸収体を製作した。

Claims (21)
- 積層構造からなる電波吸収体であって、
前記電波吸収体は可視光透過率が50%以上であり、
前記電波吸収体はある特定の周波数帯の電波を吸収し、
前記電波吸収体は、前記電波が入射する面である第1主面と、前記第1主面と反対の面である第2主面を有し、
前記第1主面から前記第2主面に向けて、第1誘電体層と、導電層と、第2誘電体層と、電波反射層と、第3誘電体層とを、この順番で含み、
前記導電層は、複数の導体と、前記複数の導体を互いに隔てて配置する間隙からなり、前記複数の導体は互いに絶縁されており、
前記第1誘電体層、前記第2誘電体層及び前記第3誘電体層の少なくとも1つは、ガラスであり、
前記ガラスの比誘電率は、3.5以上である、電波吸収体。 - 前記第1主面と前記第2主面との間に、接着層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電波吸収体。
- 前記接着層は、透明光学粘着剤(OCA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)樹脂、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)樹脂、シクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)樹脂、及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)樹脂のいずれかである、請求項2に記載の電波吸収体。
