Description
前記コンジュゲートにおいて、前記抗体は黄色ブドウ球菌と抗原抗体反応を起こすものであり、また赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域に前記光増感剤の吸収波長域が重なり、
その用法において、前記殺菌剤の塗布された鼻腔の表面に対して赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域の励起光が照射される、
殺菌剤。
<2> 前記抗体は抗ペプチドグリカン抗体である、
<1>に記載の殺菌剤。
<3> 前記光増感剤はケイ素フタロシアニン錯体部分を有する、
<2>に記載の殺菌剤。
<4> 前記ケイ素フタロシアニン錯体部分は下記式で表されるIRDye 700DXである、
<3>に記載の殺菌剤。
<5> その用法において、
前記殺菌剤の塗布された鼻腔の表面には鼻前庭の表面が含まれる、
<1>に記載の殺菌剤。
<6> その用法において、
前記鼻腔は治療を受ける患者の鼻腔であり、
前記塗布及び照射を前記患者が前記治療を受ける前に行うところ、
前記治療は鼻に対する治療と鼻以外に対する治療を含むが、前記塗布及び照射による処置自体は含まない、
<5>に記載の殺菌剤。
<7> その用法において、
前記患者は抗生物質に耐性のある黄色ブドウ球菌の保菌者であるか又は保菌者であることが疑われる、
<6>に記載の殺菌剤。
<8> その用法において、
前記抗生物質に耐性のある黄色ブドウ球菌はMRSAである、
<7>に記載の殺菌剤。
<9> その用法において、
前記患者がMRSAの保菌者であるか否かを予め検査し、
前記検査の結果、前記患者がMRSAの保菌者であるか又は保菌者であることが疑われることが判明した場合に、前記塗布及び照射を行う、
<6>に記載の殺菌剤。
<10> 抗体に光増感剤が結合しているコンジュゲートを含有する殺菌剤であって、
前記コンジュゲートにおいて、前記抗体は黄色ブドウ球菌と抗原抗体反応を起こすものであり、また赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域に前記光増感剤の吸収波長域が重なり、
その用法において、前記殺菌剤の塗布された臍の表面に対して赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域の励起光が照射される、
殺菌剤。
<11> 抗体に光増感剤が結合しているコンジュゲートを含有する殺菌剤であって、
前記コンジュゲートにおいて、前記抗体は黄色ブドウ球菌と抗原抗体反応を起こすものであり、また赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域に前記光増感剤の吸収波長域が重なり、
その用法において、前記殺菌剤はウシの乳房に対して投与され、前記乳房に対して赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域の励起光が照射される、
ウシの乳房炎の予防又は治療のための殺菌剤。

Claims (11)
- 黄色ブドウ球菌特異的抗体に光増感剤が結合しているコンジュゲートを含有する殺菌剤であって、
前記コンジュゲートにおいて、前記黄色ブドウ球菌特異的抗体は黄色ブドウ球菌のペプチドグリカンを標的とするものであり、また赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域に前記光増感剤の吸収波長域が重なり、
その用法において、前記殺菌剤の塗布された部位に対して赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域を含む励起光が照射される、
殺菌剤。 - 前記光増感剤はケイ素フタロシアニン錯体部分を有する、
請求項1に記載の殺菌剤。 - その用法において、
前記殺菌剤の塗布された部位は、鼻腔、上気道、臍、創傷部位、及び炎症部位から成る群から少なくとも1つ選択される、
請求項1に記載の殺菌剤。 - その用法において、
前記部位は治療を受ける患者の部位であり、
前記塗布及び照射を前記患者が前記治療を受ける前に行うところ、
前記治療は部位に対する治療と部位以外に対する治療を含むが、前記塗布及び照射による処置自体は含まない、
請求項4に記載の殺菌剤。 - その用法において、
前記患者は抗生物質耐性株を含む黄色ブドウ球菌による感染を受けている若しくは受けていることが疑われる又は抗生物質耐性株を含む黄色ブドウ球菌の保菌者であるか若しくは保菌者であることが疑われる、
請求項5に記載の殺菌剤。 - その用法において、
前記抗生物質耐性株は、MSSA、MRSA、VISA、又はムピロシン耐性黄色ブドウ球菌である、
請求項6に記載の殺菌剤。 - その用法において、
前記抗生物質に耐性のある黄色ブドウ球菌はバイオフィルムを形成している、
請求項6に記載の殺菌剤。 - その用法において、
前記患者が抗生物質耐性株の保菌者であるか否かを予め検査し、
前記検査の結果、前記患者が抗生物質耐性株による感染を受けている若しくは受けていることが疑われる又は抗生物質耐性株の保菌者であるか又は保菌者であることが疑われることが判明した場合に、前記塗布及び照射を行う、
請求項5に記載の殺菌剤。 - その用法において、
前記殺菌剤の塗布された部位は、治療を受ける患者の部位であり、
前記殺菌剤は前記患者1個体あたり1μg/kg以上の分量で前記塗布され、
前記励起光は1J/cm2以上300J/cm2以下の照射線量で前記照射される、
請求項1に記載の殺菌剤。 - 黄色ブドウ球菌特異的抗体に光増感剤が結合しているコンジュゲートを含有する殺菌剤であって、
前記コンジュゲートにおいて、前記黄色ブドウ球菌特異的抗体は黄色ブドウ球菌のペプチドグリカンを標的とするものであり、また赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域に前記光増感剤の吸収波長域が重なり、
その用法において、前記殺菌剤はウシを含む経済動物に対して塗布され、前記経済動物に対して赤色光線から近赤外光線にかけた波長域を含む励起光が照射される、
ウシを含む経済動物の感染症の予防又は治療のための殺菌剤。
