Claims (18)
- 大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
ポンプハウジングと、血液嚢と、圧力センサとを含む血液ポンプであって、前記血液嚢は前記ポンプハウジング内に設けられ、前記圧力センサは、前記ポンプハウジング内に取り付けられ、前記血液ポンプ内の血圧を監視して電子血圧信号を発生する血液ポンプと、
前記血液ポンプに接続され、前記血液ポンプと人体大動脈とを結合するためのT型カテーテルである大動脈アダプターと、
前記血液ポンプのハウジングに連結する、前記圧力センサから受信した前記電子血圧信号を伝達する駆動カテーテルと、

前記駆動カテーテルと前記駆動部の一部は、遠位側駆動カテーテル、駆動カテーテルインターコネクタ、及び近位側駆動カテーテルに置き換えられ、且つ前記遠位側駆動カテーテルは、前記電子血圧信号と前記気圧パルスとを前記血液ポンプに送信するためのものであり、前記駆動カテーテルインターコネクタは、前記電子血圧信号を処理するための駆動カテーテルコントローラと、音声警報または触覚フィードバックを提供するためのバイブレータを含む大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記血液ポンプは前記大動脈アダプターと一体成形されている大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
カプラをさらに含み、前記カプラは、大動脈アダプターのネック部に取り付けられて、前記血液ポンプが前記大動脈アダプターに結合されるカップリングアダプタを含む大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、前記大動脈アダプターが徐々に広げていた両末端は、弾性特性の滑らかな遷移を構成し、前記大動脈アダプターが大動脈内に埋め込まれるカテーテルの肉厚が減少するにつれて徐々に柔らかくなる大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。

前記血液ポンプの前記ポンプハウジングは開口を有し、前記開口は前記大動脈アダプターと一体化され、前記大動脈アダプターのネック部と接合されるシームレスで平滑な境界を形成する大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、前記電気機械アクチュエータは、前記電気機械アクチュエータのシリンダに接続される圧力バランスバルブを含み、前記圧力バランスバルブは周期的に開き、前記シリンダ内の気圧と大気圧とをバランスさせる大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。
- 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置は、拡張期(心臓拡張期)の間に全身の血流の脈動的昇圧を提供して心筋や臓器の灌流を改善するとともに、収縮期(心臓収縮期)の間に左心室の作動負荷を低減させる大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、駆動部は、前記血液ポンプ内で検出する血圧波形を供給するトリガー検出マイクロコントローラユニットを含み、前記トリガー検出マイクロコントローラユニットは、前記電気機械アクチュエータの射出充填時間を算出して確定する大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。
- 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記電気機械アクチュエータは、前記電気機械アクチュエータを駆動するシリンダ内のピストンが往復運動して空気を射出、吸入するモータとボールねじユニットとを含み、前記ピストンの運動は、血液ポンプに繋がるこの駆動カテーテルを介して伝達され、血液ポンプを駆動する大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記電気機械アクチュエータはエアアクチュエータであって、
ブラシレスサーボモータ、ボールネジユニット、大気を駆動媒体としてこの血液ポンプを往復射出・充填するピストン・シリンダーアセンブリと、
前記エアアクチュエータに取り付けられ、前記ピストン・シリンダーアセンブリの漏れ止めリングからのガス漏れと前記血液嚢から滲出した水蒸気の凝縮の問題を解決する圧力バランスバルブと、を含む大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項10に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記駆動部は、前記電子血圧信号を受信し、トリガー検出アルゴリズムを用いて前記電子血圧信号を処理してトリガー信号を生成し、前記トリガー信号は、心拍数と協働して前記駆動部を作動させるように指令する大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項13に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記トリガー検出マイクロコントローラユニットは、所定のトリガー時間を受信した後、モーターコントローラーに命令を送信して、射出から充填までまたは充填から射出位置まで、電気機械アクチュエータのピストン運動を駆動し、それぞれ心臓収縮期の収縮撤去と心臓拡張期の灌流増強を含む逆拍動循環サポートを提供する大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記駆動部は、インジケータ、音声警報器、ボタン群、及び液晶ディスプレイを含むユーザインタフェースモジュールをさらに含む大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項10に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記トリガー検出マイクロコントローラユニットが血液ポンプからの電子血圧信号を失うと、前記トリガー検出マイクロコントローラユニットは自動的に洗浄モードを起動し、前記電気機械アクチュエータを駆動して、所定の駆動周波数と駆動部ストローク量で運転する大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項16に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記洗浄モードは、循環サポートを提供することなく、前記血液ポンプに血栓が形成されることを防止するための装置保護モードである大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置であって、
前記血液嚢は、近位端ポートを介して前記ポンプハウジングの近位端ハウジングに固定され、且つ遠隔ポートを介して前記ポンプハウジングの遠隔ハウジングに固定される大動脈傍血液ポンプ装置。
