Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る鉛蓄電池100を示す斜視図である。図1に示すように、鉛蓄電池100は、複数の極板群(図示せず)と、電解液(図示せず)と、極板群および電解液を収容し、上方が開口した電槽12と、電槽12の開口を封止する蓋15とを備える。
図2は、本発明の実施形態に係る液口栓18の斜視図である。また。図3は、液口栓18の正面図であり、図4は、液口栓18の背面図である。さらに、図5は、図2におけるA-A線矢視断面図であり、液口栓18の内部構造を示す図である。

以下、本発明の変形例について、図面を用いて説明する。なお、説明の便宜上、実施形態において説明した部材と同じ機能を有する部材については、同じ符号を付記し、その説明を省略する。
(1)本発明の一態様に係る鉛蓄電池用液口栓は、頭部35と、頭部35から延びる筒状部36と、筒状部36の内側に設けられたフィルタ34とを備える鉛蓄電池用の液口栓18、181であって、筒状部36は、筒状部36の内部と外部とを連通する貫通孔43を備え、貫通孔43は、筒状部36の内周面に開口部を有し、フィルタ34は、貫通孔43の開口部を閉塞するように設けられている。
Claims (5)
- 頭部と、前記頭部から延びる筒状部と、前記筒状部の内側に設けられたフィルタとを備える鉛蓄電池用の液口栓であって、
前記筒状部は、前記筒状部の内部と外部とを連通する貫通孔を備え、
前記貫通孔は、前記筒状部の内周面に開口部を有し、
前記フィルタは、前記貫通孔の前記開口部を前記筒状部の内周面に当接する周側面で閉塞するように設けられていることを特徴とする鉛蓄電池用液口栓。 - 前記筒状部は、外周面に設けられたねじ山部を備え、
前記筒状部は、前記ねじ山部よりも前記筒状部の径方向外側へ張り出す鍔部を備えており、
前記鉛蓄電池用液口栓を鉛蓄電池の補水口に装着した状態において、
前記ねじ山部は、前記補水口の内周面に設けられたねじ山部と螺合し、
前記鍔部は、前記筒状部に設けられた前記ねじ山部の上方にあって、前記補水口の内周面に向かって突出する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉛蓄電池用液口栓。 - 前記鍔部は、前記ねじ山部と一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鉛蓄電池用液口栓。
- 前記貫通孔は、対向する位置に、複数個設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に鉛蓄電池用液口栓。
- 請求項1から4の何れか1項の鉛蓄電池用液口栓を備える鉛蓄電池。
