- 前記シース先端が、前記シース先端の内側表面及び外側表面のうちの少なくとも1つの上で複数のアコーディオン形状の輪郭を含み、前記複数のアコーディオン形状の輪郭が、前記シース先端の前記軸に略垂直である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- システムであって、
管腔を内部に画定するシースと、
前記シース内の前記管腔を通して送達されるように構成された伸長医療器具と、
前記シースを体内の所望の位置に搬送するように構成された挿入制御システムと、
前記伸長医療器具が所望の位置に到達したときに、前記伸長医療器具の動作を方向付けるように構成された器具制御システムと、
伸長器具を搬送するように構成された管腔を内部に画定するシースの遠位端に位置付けられるように構成された変形可能なシース先端であって、前記シース先端が、前記シースの前記遠位端に使い捨て可能なベース端部と、接触端部とを有し、前記シース先端が、前記シースの第2のカラム強度よりも小さい、前記シース先端の軸に沿った第1のカラム強度を有し、前記シース先端が、前記シースの第2の変形度よりも大きい第1の変形度を有し、前記シースが、前記シース先端と共通の外径を有し、前記シース先端が、前記シースの前記管腔内に受容されるように構成されたシースインサートにおいて、前記シースの前記遠位端に物理的に連結されるように構成されており、前記シースは、前記シースインサートが存在する部分で第3のカラム強度を有し、前記第3のカラム強度は、前記第2のカラム強度よりも大きく、前記伸長医療器具が、伸長組織穿刺器具であり、前記挿入制御システムが、サンプリングされる組織に向かって前記シースを方向付けるように構成された出口ポートを、挿入デバイスの側面に含む、変形可能なシース先端と、を備える、システム。 - 前記挿入制御システムが、気管支鏡を含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記伸長医療器具が、サンプリング針を含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
