Claims (3)
- 管の挿し口の外周に形成された挿し口突部が受口の内部に配置されたロックリングに当接されることによって離脱防止される管継手に用いられ、
前記挿し口外周に形成される溝部に嵌め込まれることで、前記挿し口突部を形成するリング部材であって、
周方向一つ割りの本体によって構成され、
前記本体の分割部を構成する周方向の一端部と他端部とが、前記管の径方向に重ねて配置されるとともに、前記管の径方向において連結部材によって連結され、
前記一端部及び前記他端部のいずれかの前記管の径方向内側の部分が前記溝部に嵌め込まれ、
前記一端部及び前記他端部のいずれか一方の端部は、前記本体がロックリングに当接する際に他方の端部と係合する係合部を有し、
前記係合部は、前記挿し口の離脱方向において、
前記一端部と前記他端部とが係合する第1垂直面と、
前記溝部と係合する第2垂直面とを有し、
前記第1垂直面と、前記溝部の側壁との間で前記管の径方向の外側から嵌め込まれていること
を特徴とするリング部材。 - 前記係合部は、前記一方の端部において前記ロックリングと当接する側に設けられること
を特徴とする請求項1 に記載のリング部材。 - 前記係合部は、前記ロックリングと当接する前記一方の端部における前記管の径方向内側の部分に設けられること
を特徴とする請求項1 又は請求項2 に記載のリング部材。
