Claims (11)
- DINレール(1)に取り付けられた電気装置を加熱するための、DINレール(1)の溝の中に配置される加熱要素(5)であって、電気絶縁材料で作られた細長い可撓性シート(11)と、前記可撓性シート(11)の上面(11a)に配された正温度係数塗料(12)を含んだ層と、を備えることを特徴とする、加熱要素(5)。
- 前記正温度係数塗料(12)は、前記可撓性シートの実質的に全長にわたって配される、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 前記正温度係数塗料(12)は、前記可撓性シート(11)の少なくとも2mm幅にわたり、かつ前記可撓性シート(11)の中央部分に配される、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 前記正温度係数塗料は、前記可撓性シート(11)の幅の少なくとも75%にわたり、かつ前記可撓性シート(11)の中央部分に配される、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 前記正温度係数塗料は、前記可撓性シート(11)の前記上面(11a)における複数の別個の位置に配される、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 前記電気絶縁材料は、ポリエステルまたはプラスチックなどの誘電材料で構成される、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 前記可撓性シート(11)は、前記可撓性シート(11)の各側部に沿った1つの縁部(13)を備え、2つの細長い前記側部の前記縁部は、前記上面(11a)の側部において曲線状になっている、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 前記可撓性シート(11)の長さ及び幅は、前記可撓性シートがその長さに沿って逆U型に曲げられたときに、前記可撓性シートがDINレール(1)の溝の中に適合するよう適応される、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 前記正温度係数塗料(12)に接続して配置された、前記正温度係数塗料(12)に電力を供給するための配線(8)を備える、請求項1に記載の加熱要素(5)。
- 請求項1~9のうちいずれか一項に記載の加熱要素(5)を、DINレールに取り付ける方法であって、
逆U型が、可撓性シートの長さに沿って形成されるように、前記可撓性シート(11)を曲げることと、
曲げた前記可撓性シートが、曲げのバネ力によって所定の位置にとどまるよう、前記加熱要素(5)を前記DINレール(1)の溝の中に挿入することと、を含む、方法。 - DINレールを加熱するための、請求項1~9のうちいずれか一項に記載の加熱要素の使用であって、前記加熱要素は、可撓性シート(11)をその長さに沿って逆U型に曲げること、及び曲げた前記可撓性シート(11)が曲げのバネ力によって所定の位置にとどまるよう、前記可撓性シート(11)をDINレール(1)の溝の中に配置すること、によってDINレールに取り付けられる、使用。
