Description
Digital Synthesizer、以下「DDS」と略記する)301は、任意の周波数の正弦波形電圧を発生させる。DDS301で発生した正弦波形電圧は、アンプ302で増幅され、出力端子217から出力される。出力端子217は、第1切替スイッチ215及びリレー群213を介して分割電極204に接続されており、分割電極204によって、圧電素子202に正弦波形電圧が印加される。
なお、実施例1及び実施例2で説明した異常検知は、自動分析装置の据付時、攪拌部の交換時、定期的に行われるメンテナンス時など、に行われることを想定しているが、自動分析装置を立ち上げる度に行われるようにしても良い。
Claims (5)
- 反応容器へ超音波を照射することにより検体と試薬を攪拌する攪拌部と、
前記反応容器が円周状に配置されて回転可能な反応ディスクと、
前記攪拌部の圧電素子に電圧を印加する電力増幅器と、
前記攪拌部の圧電素子の電気インピーダンスを測定するインピーダンス測定部と、
前記検体と前記試薬の反応液の成分分析を行う分析部と、
前記攪拌部、前記反応ディスク、前記電力増幅器、前記インピーダンス測定部及び前記分析部を制御する制御部と、を備えた自動分析装置であって、
前記攪拌部を複数有し、
前記制御部は、前記反応ディスクを回転させることで、純水が吐出された前記反応容器を各前記攪拌部の攪拌位置に移動させ、各前記攪拌部について前記インピーダンス測定部で測定した電気インピータンスに基づき、前記攪拌部と前記電力増幅器若しくは前記インピーダンス測定部の接続状態を判定する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記制御部は、前記インピーダンス測定部で測定した電気インピーダンスの周波数特性の揺らぎの大きさによって、前記純水の有無を検知して、前記純水が検知された場合は前記攪拌部と前記電力増幅器若しくは前記インピーダンス測定部が正常に接続されていると判定し、前記純水が検知されなかった場合は前記攪拌部と前記電力増幅器若しくは前記インピーダンス測定部が正常に接続されていないと判定する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記制御部は、前記インピーダンス測定部で測定した電気インピーダンスの周波数特性の揺らぎの大きさを導出できない前記攪拌部が存在する場合、アラームを出力する自動分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、
前記制御部は、前記インピーダンス測定部で測定した電気インピーダンスの周波数特性の揺らぎの大きさが所定値を超える前記攪拌部が存在する場合、前記攪拌部と前記電力増幅器若しくは前記インピーダンス測定部が正常に接続されていないと判定し、アラームを出力する自動分析装置。 - 反応容器へ超音波を照射することにより検体と試薬を攪拌する攪拌部と、
前記反応容器が円周状に配置されて回転可能な反応ディスクと、
前記攪拌部の圧電素子に電圧を印加する電力増幅器と、
前記攪拌部の圧電素子の電気インピーダンスを測定するインピーダンス測定部と、
前記検体と前記試薬の反応液の成分分析を行う分析部と、を備えた自動分析装置の状態判定方法であって、
複数の前記攪拌部のうち少なくとも2以上の前記攪拌部について、前記反応ディスクを回転させることで、純水が吐出された前記反応容器を各前記攪拌部の攪拌位置に移動させ、各前記攪拌部について前記インピーダンス測定部で測定した電気インピータンスに基づき、前記攪拌部と前記電力増幅器若しくは前記インピーダンス測定部が正常に接続されているか否かを判定する状態判定方法。
