Description

Claims (6)
- 堆積面及び背面を有する基材と、
前記基材に堆積された金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層であって、前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層は、前記基材の背面に加えられる衝撃に応答して互いに反応するように構成されている、金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層と、
前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層内にある炭化物含有セラミック層と、
を備えているプライマーにおいて、
前記炭化物含有セラミック層は、炭化チタン、炭化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、又はそれらの組合せであり、
前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層が相互に反応すると、前記炭化物含有セラミック層が還元性金属と金属酸化物の間の反応によって点火されて、前記炭化物含有セラミック層の反応生成物である粒子が生成され、
前記粒子は前記プライマーから発射される、前記炭化物含有セラミック層プライマー。 - 堆積面及び背面を有する基材と、
前記基材に堆積された金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層であって、前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層は、前記基材の背面に加えられる衝撃に応答して互いに反応するように構成されている、金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層と、
前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層内にある炭化物含有セラミック層と、
を備えており、
更に、前記炭化物含有セラミック層と、前記炭化物含有セラミック層に隣接する金属酸化物層又は還元性金属層の各々とを隔てる接着層を含む、プライマー。 - 各接着層はチタン、クロム、及びニッケルの何れかである、請求項2に記載のプライマー。
- カートリッジであって
前端部、後端部、及び中空内部を有するケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの前端部に固定された弾丸と、
前記中空内部に配置された推進剤と、
前記ケーシングの後端部内に固定されたプライマーと、
を備えており、
前記プライマーは推進剤と連絡しており、前記プライマーは、
堆積面及び背面を有する基材と、
前記基材に堆積された金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層であって、前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層は、前記基材の背面に加えられる衝撃に応答して互いに反応するように構成されている、金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層と、
前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層内にある炭化物含有セラミック層と、
を備えており、
前記炭化物含有セラミック層は、炭化チタン、炭化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、又はそれらの組合せであり、
前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層が相互に反応すると、前記炭化物含有セラミック層が還元性金属と金属酸化物の間の反応によって点火されて、前記炭化物含有セラミック層の反応生成物である粒子が生成され、
前記粒子は前記プライマーから発射される、カートリッジ。 - カートリッジであって、
前端部、後端部、及び中空内部を有するケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの前端部に固定された弾丸と、
前記中空内部に配置された推進剤と、
前記ケーシングの後端部内に固定されたプライマーと、
を備えており、
前記プライマーは推進剤と連絡しており、前記プライマーは、
堆積面及び背面を有する基材と、
前記基材に堆積された金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層であって、前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層は、前記基材の背面に加えられる衝撃に応答して互いに反応するように構成されている、金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層と、
前記金属酸化物と還元性金属の交互の層内にある炭化物含有セラミック層と、
前記炭化物含有セラミック層と、前記炭化物含有セラミック層に隣接する金属酸化物層又は還元性金属層の各々とを隔てる接着層と、
を備えている、カートリッジ。 - 各接着層はチタン、クロム、及びニッケルの何れかである、請求項5に記載のカートリッジ。
