Claims (20)
- 内部空間に発光ガスを収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記発光ガス中に発生したプラズマを維持するためのレーザ光である第1光が入射する第1窓部と、
前記筐体に設けられ、前記プラズマからの光である第2光が出射する第2窓部と、
ゲッタ材を有し、前記筐体内における前記第1光の照射領域内に配置されたゲッタ部と、を備える、発光封体。 - 前記ゲッタ部は、前記ゲッタ材を支持する支持部材を更に有している、請求項1に記載の発光封体。
- 前記ゲッタ部は、前記ゲッタ材が前記第1窓部とは反対側を向くように、配置されている、請求項2に記載の発光封体。
- 前記ゲッタ部は、前記第1光が前記支持部材に照射されるように、配置されている、請求項2に記載の発光封体。
- 前記支持部材の融点は、前記ゲッタ材の融点よりも高い、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記支持部材の熱伝導率は、前記ゲッタ材の熱伝導率よりも高い、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記ゲッタ部は、前記ゲッタ材が前記筐体における前記第1窓部と向かい合う内面と向かい合うように、配置されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記ゲッタ部は、前記筐体の内面との間で空間を画定するように、配置されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記筐体には、前記内部空間から気体を外部に排出するための排気孔が形成されており、
前記ゲッタ部は、前記内部空間において、前記第2光の発生位置と前記排気孔との間に配置されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。 - 前記ゲッタ材から前記第2光の発生位置までの距離は、前記第2光の発生位置から前記第1窓部までの距離よりも長い、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記ゲッタ材は、前記筐体の内面上に固定されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記筐体の内面は、前記第1光の光軸に平行な直線を中心線として延在する内周面を有し、
前記ゲッタ材は、前記内周面上に固定されている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載に記載の発光封体。 - 前記ゲッタ材は、非蒸発型に構成されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記ゲッタ材は、蒸発型に構成されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記第1窓部及び前記第2窓部の少なくとも一方は、ダイヤモンドを含む材料からなる窓部材を有している、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記筐体は、金属材料により形成されている、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記第2光の発生位置を挟んで互いに向かい合う第1電極及び第2電極を更に備える、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 前記筐体における前記発光ガスの封入圧力は、3MPa以上である、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体。
- 請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の発光封体と、
前記第1光を前記第1窓部に入射させる光導入部と、を備える光源装置。 - 内部空間に発光ガスを収容し、前記発光ガス中に発生したプラズマを維持するためのレーザ光である第1光が入射されると共に、前記プラズマからの光である第2光が出射する筐体と、ゲッタ材を有し、前記筐体内における前記第1光の照射領域内に配置されたゲッタ部と、を備える発光封体の駆動方法であって、
前記第1光の照射により前記ゲッタ材を活性化させるステップと、前記発光ガス中に前記プラズマを発生させ、前記第2光を出射させるステップと、を含む発光封体の駆動方法。
