本実施形態の微生物迅速検査用の生体試料分析装置100は、試料に含まれる生体由来の物質により生じる光を分析することによって、その生体由来の物質の量を測定するものである。言い換えると本実施形態の生体試料分析装置100は、高感度微生物検査用の生体試料分析装置であって、例えばフォトンのカウント数が1秒あたり1000カウント以下の測定を対象とするものである。本実施形態では1秒あたり30~100カウントをゼロ点として、数カウントの違いが1つの菌の存在量に相当する測定を対象としている。なお、以下では、生体由来の物質としてATP(アデノシン三リン酸)の量(amol(=10-18mol))をATPから生じる微弱な光を検出することによって測定するATP量測定装置について説明する。
Claims (12)
- 試料に含まれる生体由来の物質により生じる光を分析する微生物迅速検査用の生体試料分析装置であって、
前記試料を収容する複数の容器を保持するホルダと、
前記容器の下方に配置され、所定位置に固定された光検出器と、
前記ホルダを駆動し、前記ホルダに保持されている各容器を、前記光検出器による検出位置に順次位置づけるホルダ駆動機構と、
前記容器の下方に配置され、前記ホルダに保持されている前記容器を除電する除電器と、を備え、
同一の前記ホルダにおいて、前記除電器が、前記容器の下方からプラスイオン及びマイナスイオンを供給することにより前記容器を除電し、かつ、前記光検出器が前記容器内の前記試料から出る光を検出し、
前記ホルダが、所定の回転中心に対して回転可能に構成されているとともに、前記複数の容器を前記回転中心に対して同一円周上に保持するものであり、
前記除電器が、前記複数の容器が配列されている前記ホルダの円周方向において、前記ホルダの回転中心を基準として前記光検出器とは反対側に配置されている、生体試料分析装置。 - 前記除電器は、前記容器に対してプラスイオン及びマイナスイオンを供給する請求項1記載の生体試料分析装置。

- 前記容器に分注される前の前記試料が収容された検体チューブを保持するホルダブロックと、
前記ホルダブロックに設けられた熱源部と、
感温素子及び感温素子に接続されたリード線を具備し、前記ホルダブロックの温度を測定するサーミスタと、
前記ホルダブロックに形成され、前記サーミスタを内部に収容するための収容孔と、
前記サーミスタのリード線を覆い、前記収容孔に挿入される挿入体と、を備えた温調機構をさらに備え、
前記挿入体の基端側に前記収容孔の開口周囲と当接する当接面が形成された請求項1乃至10いずれかに記載の生体試料分析装置。 - 試料に含まれる生体由来の物質により生じる光を分析する微生物迅速検査用の生体試料分析装置を用いた生体試料分析方法であって、
前記生体試料分析装置が、前記試料を収容する複数の容器を保持するホルダと、前記容器の下方に配置され、所定位置に固定された光検出器と、前記ホルダを駆動し、前記ホルダに保持されている各容器を、前記光検出器による検出位置に順次位置づけるホルダ駆動機構と、を備えるものであり、
前記ホルダが、所定の回転中心に対して回転可能に構成されているとともに、前記複数の容器を前記回転中心に対して同一円周上に保持するものであり、
前記複数の容器が配列されている前記ホルダの円周方向において、前記ホルダの回転中心を基準として前記光検出器とは反対側に除電器を配置し、
同一の前記ホルダにおいて、前記容器の下方からプラスイオン及びマイナスイオンを供給することにより前記ホルダに保持されている前記容器を除電し、かつ、前記光検出器が前記容器内の前記試料から出る光を検出することを特徴とする生体試料分析方法。
