図1は、第1実施形態の体内留置型医療デバイスであるバルーンカテーテル10の模式図である。バルーンカテーテル10は、カテーテルチューブ11と、カテーテルチューブ11の外周に設けられたバルーン12を有する。カテーテルチューブ11は、第1アセンブリの一例であり、近赤外蛍光色素を含有する材料で形成されている。バルーン12は、第2アセンブリの一例であり、近赤外蛍光色素を含有しない。バルーン12は、カテーテルチューブからの近赤外蛍光を反射する物質を含有する。
図8は、第2実施形態の体内留置型医療デバイスであるカテーテルチューブセット20の模式図である。カテーテルチューブセット20は、第1アセンブリとしての第1カテーテルチューブ21と、第2アセンブリとしての第2カテーテルチューブ22を含む。第2カテーテルチューブ22は、第1カテーテルチューブ21と並列に設けられる。
図14は、第3実施形態の体内留置型医療デバイスである内視鏡クリップセット30の模式図である。内視鏡クリップセット30は、第1アセンブリとしての第1クリップ31と、第2アセンブリとしての第2クリップ32を含む。第1クリップ31は、近赤外蛍光色素が混練された樹脂で形成されている。第2クリップ32は、近赤外蛍光色素が添加されていないが、第1クリップ31からの近赤外蛍光を反射する反射物質が添加された樹脂で形成されている。第1クリップ31と第2クリップ32の母体となる樹脂材料は、同じであっても、異なっていてもよい。
図16は、体内留置型医療デバイスを用いた内視鏡システム100の模式図である。内視鏡システム100は、体内留置型医療デバイス(たとえば、バルーンカテーテル10)と、近赤外線カメラ50と、イメージングプロセッサ60と、モニタディスプレイ70を含む。この例では、第1実施形態のバルーンカテーテル10を用いているが、第2実施形態のカテーテルチューブセット20、または第3実施形態の内視鏡クリップセット30を用いてもよい。

- 近赤外光を発する蛍光色素を含む第1の材料で形成された第1アセンブリと、
近赤外光を反射する第2の材料で形成され前記第1アセンブリから放射された前記近赤外光を反射する第2アセンブリと、
を有する体内留置型医療デバイスであって、
前記第2アセンブリは、前記第1アセンブリから放射された前記近赤外光が届く範囲において前記第1アセンブリの外側に配置されている、体内留置型医療デバイス。 - 前記第1アセンブリは、前記蛍光色素を含む樹脂で形成され、前記第2アセンブリは、前記蛍光色素を含まない、
請求項1に記載の体内留置型医療デバイス。 - 前記第1アセンブリはカテーテルチューブであり、前記第2アセンブリは前記カテーテルチューブの外周に設けられたバルーンである、

請求項1または2に記載の体内留置型医療デバイス。 - 前記第2アセンブリは、前記第2の材料の中に炭酸ビスマス、硫酸バリウム、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化ビスマス、酸化ジルコニウム、硝酸ビスマス、フッ素樹脂、またはポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の体内留置型医療デバイス。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の体内留置型医療デバイスと、
前記蛍光色素を励起する励起光源と、
前記第1アセンブリから放射される前記近赤外光と、前記第2アセンブリで反射された反射近赤外光を検知して、体内留置型医療デバイスの画像を取得するイメージセンサと、
を備える内視鏡システム。 - 前記イメージセンサで取得された前記画像を表示するモニタディスプレイ、
をさらに有する請求項7に記載の内視鏡システム。
