Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが配備されたバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールが収容されるケースと、
前記バッテリーモジュールに接続されるバスバーユニットと、
前記バスバーユニットに結合されるリレー部材と、
前記バスバーユニットを前記リレー部材に締め付ける締付部材と、
を含んでなるバッテリーパックにおいて、
前記バスバーユニットは、電気的な接続のみならず、放熱も可能であり、
前記バスバーユニットは、
対象物を駆動するために前記対象物と前記バッテリーモジュールとを接続する第1バスバー部材と、
前記バッテリーモジュールを充電するための充電部材と前記バッテリーモジュールとを接続する第2バスバー部材と、
前記第1バスバー部材と前記第2バスバー部材とを接続する絶縁放熱部材であって、前記第1バスバー部材と前記第2バスバー部材とを電気的に絶縁し、熱が伝わる絶縁放熱部材と、
を含み、
前記リレー部材の上側に前記第1バスバー部材及び前記第2バスバー部材が配置され、
前記第1バスバー部材及び前記第2バスバー部材の上側に前記絶縁放熱部材が配置されている、バッテリーパック。 - 前記リレー部材は、前記第1バスバー部材に結合される第1リレー部材と、前記第2バスバー部材に結合される第2リレー部材と、を含み、
前記締付部材は、前記第1バスバー部材に結合される第1締付部材と、前記第2バスバー部材に結合される第2締付部材と、を含み、
前記第1バスバー部材と前記第1リレー部材とが前記第1締付部材により前記絶縁放熱部材の第1端部に締め付けられ、
前記第2バスバー部材と前記第2リレー部材とが前記第2締付部材により前記絶縁放熱部材の第2端部に締め付けられている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記絶縁放熱部材は、H字状に形成されている、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁放熱部材は、セラミック材質から形成されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記締付部材は、ボルトとして設けられ、
前記ボルトと前記絶縁放熱部材との間にゴムリングが介在している、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記締付部材は、ボルトとして設けられ、
前記ボルトが嵌入可能なブッシング部材を含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ブッシング部材は、
前記ボルトが嵌入する中空が形成された本体と、
前記本体から前記ボルト側に向かって突出して前記ボルトに接触される突出部と、
を含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記本体には、前記突出部の間に貫通孔状の複数の切欠部が形成されている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ブッシング部材と前記ボルトとの間に緩衝空間が形成されている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
