Claims (19)
- 発電層と、
耐久層と、
紫外線遮断層と、
を備える地球外展開用のフレキシブルソーラーアレイであって、
前記耐久層が前記発電層及び前記紫外線遮断層との間に配置され、
前記発電層は、ベース層と、前記ベース層上に配置された複数の太陽電池とを含み、
前記ベース層の外面が導電性材料層で被覆され、前記導電性材料層および前記紫外線遮断層が電気接地に導電的に結合される、
フレキシブルソーラーアレイ。 - 前記ベース層が、金属、ガラス、およびポリマーのうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- 前記複数の太陽電池が、セレン化銅インジウムガリウム、テルル化カドミウム、ペロブスカイト、または半導体のうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- 前記耐久層および前記ベース層が、同様の膨張係数を有する、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- 前記耐久層が、透光性のポリマーフィルムを含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- 前記耐久層は前記発電層に接着固定される、請求項5に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- 前記紫外線遮断層が酸化亜鉛を含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- スプールと組み合わせた、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイであって、
前記フレキシブルソーラーアレイは、前記スプールのスピンドルの周りに巻かれている、フレキシブルソーラーアレイ。 - 前記紫外線遮断層が酸化亜鉛を含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- 前記紫外線遮断層が導電性である、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルソーラーアレイ。
- ベース層と、前記ベース層上に配置された複数の太陽電池とを備える発電層を提供することと、
前記複数の太陽電池が前記ベース層と耐久層との間に配置されるように、前記発電層の上に前記耐久層を配置することと、
前記耐久層が前記発電層と紫外線遮断層との間にあるように、前記耐久層の上に紫外線遮断層を配置することと、
前記ベース層の外面を導電性材料層で被覆することと、
前記導電性材料層および前記紫外線遮断層を電気接地に導電的に結合することと、
を含む、地球外展開のためのフレキシブルソーラーアレイを製造する方法。 - 前記ベース層が、金属、ガラス、およびポリマーのうちの1つを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記発電層を設ける工程は前記ベース層上に、セレン化銅インジウムガリウム、テルル化カドミウム、ペロブスカイト、または半導体のうちの1つを配置することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記耐久層を配置する工程は、前記ベース層と同様の膨張係数を有する前記耐久層を配置する工程を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記耐久層を配置する工程が、透光性のポリマーフィルムを配置する工程を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記耐久層を配置する工程が、前記耐久層を前記発電層に接着固定する工程を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記紫外線遮断層を配置する工程が、酸化亜鉛を配置する工程を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブルソーラーアレイをスプールのスピンドルの周りに回転させる工程をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記紫外線遮断層が酸化亜鉛を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
