Claims (9)
- 電池であって、少なくとも二つの電池セルを含み、
前記電池セルは前記電池セルの長手方向の両側の端部に設置された電極端子を含み、
前記両側の端部に設置された前記電極端子の一方に前記電池セルの長手方向に沿って電解液を注入するための注液孔が設けられており、
二つの前記電池セルの前記注液孔が設けられている前記電極端子は前記電池セルの長手方向に沿って対向して設置され、且つ溶接接続されることによって、前記注液孔をシールする電池。 - 前記注液孔が前記電極端子の中心位置に位置することによって、二つの前記電池セルの前記注液孔が連通するように設置される、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極端子の前記注液孔が設けられている側面に溝がさらに設けられており、前記電池セルの長手方向に垂直な方向に沿って、前記溝のサイズは前記注液孔のサイズより大きい、請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記注液孔が前記電極端子の中心位置からずれて設置されることによって、二つの前記電池セルの前記注液孔がずれて設置される、請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記電極端子の前記電池セルの長手方向に沿った端部の外周に段差部が設けられており、二つの前記電池セルの前記段差部が対向して設置されて溶接溝を形成する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 電池セルの長手方向の両側の端部に設置された電極端子を含む電池セルを少なくとも二つ含む電池の作製方法であって、
前記両側の端部に設置された前記電極端子のうちの一方に前記電池セルの長手方向に沿って電解液を注入するための注液孔を設置するステップと、
前記注液孔を介して前記電池セルの内部に電解液を注入するステップと、
二つの前記電池セルの前記注液孔が設けられている前記電極端子を前記電池セルの長手
方向に沿って対向して設置し、且つ溶接接続するステップとを含む、電池の作製方法。 - 前記電池に対して気密性を検出するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の電池の作製方法。
- 二つの前記電池セルの前記注液孔が設けられている前記電極端子を前記電池セルの長手方向に沿って対向して設置し、且つ溶接接続する前に、前記注液孔を介して前記電池セルの内部にヘリウムガスを注入するステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の電池の作製方法。
- 電力消費装置であって、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池を含み、前記電池は電気エネルギーを供給するために用いられる、電力消費装置。
