本発明は、電気デバイスの技術分野に関し、特に、半導体冷却装置付きコネクタ及び自動車に関する。
本発明は、半導体冷却装置付きコネクタを提供する。図1に示すように、該コネクタは、導線22と、端子23と、半導体冷却装置30とを備え、導線22が端子23に接続されており、端子23が外部電気的構造に接続されるように構成されている。半導体冷却装置30は、端子23の熱を吸収する冷却部31と、放熱部32とを有し、導線22と電気的に接続されている。

- 導線と、
一端が前記導線に接続され、他端が外部電気的構造に接続されるように構成された端子
と、
半導体冷却装置と、を備え、
前記半導体冷却装置は、前記端子の熱を吸収する冷却部と、放熱部とを有し、
前記半導体冷却装置は、複数の前記放熱部を備え、複数の前記放熱部は、前記冷却部を囲んで配置されている
半導体冷却装置付きコネクタ。 - 導線と、
一端が前記導線に接続され、他端が外部電気的構造に接続されるように構成された端子と、
半導体冷却装置と、を備え、
前記半導体冷却装置は、前記端子の熱を吸収する冷却部と、放熱部とを有し、
前記冷却部及び前記放熱部は、いずれも筒状であり、
前記端子は、前記冷却部の内部に挿通されており、
前記放熱部は、前記冷却部の外部に嵌着されている
半導体冷却装置付きコネクタ。 - 前記半導体冷却装置は、前記導線と電気的に接続されている、
