Claims (15)
- 付加製造装置であって、
材料を受け取るように構成された押出機と、
前記材料の1又は2以上の層を受け取る平面を画定するように延在する作業面と、
前記材料の1又は2以上の層の一部を支持するように構成された水平面を備える静止した冷却プレートであって、この冷却プレートは、作業面の縁部に隣接して位置決めされている前記冷却プレートと、
前記付加製造装置の下流部に固定された塗布器組立体と、
前記塗布器組立体に連結されたノズルであって、前記ノズルは、前記押出機から前記材料を受け取って、前記材料を前記作業面上に部分的に且つ前記冷却プレートの水平面上に部分的に堆積させるように構成され、前記ノズルは、水平軸に関して、第1角度を形成する長手方向軸を画定するように延在する前記ノズルと、
前記冷却プレートが静止しているままのとき、前記水平面から離れる移動方向において前記作業面を変位させるように構成されたアクチュエータであって、前記移動方向は、前記平面と第2角度を形成し、前記第1角度と第2角度は異なる角度である前記アクチュエータと、
を有する、付加製造装置。 - 前記押出機は、前記冷却プレートの前記水平面と直交する軸に沿って延在し、前記ノズルは、前記ノズルの前記長手方向軸が前記作業面の前記平面に直交するように、取り付けプレートを介して前記押出機に結合されている、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記冷却プレートは、能動的に冷却される、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記付加製造装置は、前記冷却プレートの前縁部に隣接して前記作業面を位置決めするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記第1角度及び第2角度は、それぞれ単独で、約10度から約80度の角度である、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記第2角度は、移動方向から前記作業面の上部に向かって上向きに測定される、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 付加製造装置であって、
水平方向に対して鋭角に延在する作業面と、
前記作業面の縁部に隣接して位置決めされた水平面を備える静止した冷却プレートと、
塗布器組立体と、
前記塗布器組立体に連結されたノズルであって、前記ノズルは、前記作業面に直交して延びる長手軸を画定し、前記ノズルは、材料を前記作業面上に部分的に且つ前記冷却プレートの水平面上に部分的に堆積させるように構成され、前記ノズルは、水平軸に関して、第1角度を形成する長手方向軸を画定するように延在する前記ノズルと、
前記ノズルによって前記作業面上に堆積された前記材料を圧縮するように構成されたローラーと、
前記冷却プレートが静止しているままのとき、前記水平面から離れる移動方向において前記作業面を変位させるように構成されたアクチュエータであって、前記移動方向は、前記作業面と第2角度を形成し、前記第1角度と第2角度は異なる角度である前記アクチュエータと、
を備える、付加製造装置。 - 前記第2角度は、前記作業面の上部に向かって上方に測定される場合に約30度から約60度である、請求項7に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記付加製造装置は、水平方向において前記作業面を移動させるように構成されたアクチュエータを含む、請求項7に記載の付加製造装置。
- 付加製造方法であって、
押出機内で材料を受け取るステップと、
前記押出機内で前記材料を加熱するステップと、
第1の材料層を形成するために、ノズルで、平面を画定するように延びる傾斜面上に部分的に、且つ、前記傾斜面の縁部に隣接するように位置決めされた静止した作業面の水平面上に部分的に、前記加熱された材料を堆積させるステップであって、前記ノズルが水平軸に対して第1角度を形成する長手方向軸を画定するように延びる、前記ステップと、
前記静止した作業面が静止しているままのとき、水平方向に且つ前記ノズルから離れて前記傾斜面を平行移動させるステップであって、この移動方向が前記傾斜面の平面に対して第2角度を形成する前記ステップと、
第2の材料層を形成するために、前記ノズルで、前記傾斜面上に部分的に且つ前記水平面上に部分的に、前記加熱された材料を堆積させるステップと、を有し、
前記第1角度と第2角度は異なる角度である、方法。 - 前記第1の材料層を圧縮装置で圧縮するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料層及び前記第2の材料層は、一緒になって部品の一部を形成し、前記部品は、堆積された材料によって完全に閉鎖される中空内部を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記中空内部の中心には、堆積された材料がない、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記第1角度と第2角度は、合計すると90度である、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜面は、接着剤を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
