Claims (15)
- 仮想ID生成部により、バッテリーセルに対応する仮想IDを生成する段階と、
仮想ID管理部により、前記バッテリーセルに対する工程の進行に応じて、前記仮想IDをシフトする段階と、
工程データ収集部により、前記シフトされた仮想IDと前記バッテリーセルに対して生成された工程データをマッチングして保存する段階と、
セルID収集部により、前記バッテリーセルに対するセルIDを抽出する段階と、
主制御部により、前記セルIDに対応する仮想IDとマッチングされた工程データを前記セルIDとマッチングして上位制御システムに伝送する段階と、を含む、バッテリー製造方法。 - 前記仮想IDを生成する段階の後に、前記仮想ID管理部により、前記バッテリーセルに対して実行中の工程を示す工程段階情報を前記仮想IDとマッチングする段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー製造方法。
- 前記仮想IDをシフトする段階は、
前記仮想ID管理部により、前記バッテリーセルに対して実行中の工程が変更された場合に、前記仮想IDとマッチングされた工程段階情報を変更する段階を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリー製造方法。 - 前記工程データは、前記バッテリーセルに対する工程の作業結果および/またはテスト結果を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー製造方法。
- 前記バッテリーセルに対するセルIDを抽出する段階は、
前記セルID収集部により、前記バッテリーセルに付着されたバーコード形態のセルIDをリードする段階を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー製造方法。 - 前記セルIDとマッチングされる工程データは、前記バッテリーセルに対して行われた各工程で時系列的に収集された工程データである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー製造方法。
- 前記バッテリーセルに対する工程は、NDD工程および/またはラミネーション工程を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー製造方法。
- バッテリーセルに対応する仮想IDを生成する仮想ID生成部と、
前記バッテリーセルに対する工程の進行に応じて、前記仮想IDをシフトする仮想ID管理部と、
前記シフトされた仮想IDと前記バッテリーセルに対して生成された工程データをマッチングして保存する工程データ収集部と、
前記バッテリーセルから抽出されたセルIDに対応する仮想IDとマッチングされた工程データを前記セルIDとマッチングして工程情報を生成する主制御部と、を含む、バッテリー製造システム。 - 前記仮想ID管理部は、前記仮想IDが生成された後に、前記バッテリーセルに対して実行中の工程を示す工程段階情報を前記仮想IDとマッチングする、請求項8に記載のバッテリー製造システム。
- 前記仮想ID管理部は、
前記バッテリーセルに対して実行中の工程が変更された場合に、前記仮想IDとマッチングされた工程段階情報を変更する、請求項9に記載のバッテリー製造システム。 - 前記工程データは、前記バッテリーセルに対する工程の作業結果および/またはテスト結果を含む、請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー製造システム。
- 前記セルIDとマッチングされる工程データは、前記バッテリーセルに対して行われた各工程で時系列的に収集された工程データである、請求項8に記載のバッテリー製造システム。
- 前記バッテリーセルに対する工程は、NDD工程および/またはラミネーション工程を含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリー製造システム。
- 前記工程情報を上位制御システムに伝送する通信部をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリー製造システム。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリー製造方法または請求項8に記載のバッテリー製造システムにより製造され、前記仮想IDとそれに対応するセルIDを有する、バッテリーセル。
