Description

本発明は、包装箱に関する。
従来の包装箱は特許文献１に開示されている。この包装箱は、胴部の開口面を塞ぐ蓋部を有する。蓋部は、開口面を覆う第１蓋板と、第１蓋板の上面に接着領域を介して接着される第２蓋板と、を有する。第２蓋板は、破断線に囲まれた帯状部を有する。
帯状部を平行に延びる破断線に沿って引き剥がすことにより、第２蓋板が分割されて胴部の開口面が開放される。
特開２０１８－１５４３６１号公報
上記従来の包装箱によると、開封時に帯状部が包装箱から分離されるため、ゴミの数が増える問題があった。また、開封時に帯状部が途中で破断して利便性が低い問題があった。
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、ゴミの数を削減しながら開封時の利便性を向上できる包装箱を提供することを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するために本発明の第１の構成の包装箱は、ダンボール板を折り曲げて組み立てられ、断面矩形の角筒状の胴部と、胴部の開口面を塞ぐ蓋部と、を有する。胴部が、対向する一対の第１周面板と、一対の前記第１周面板と直交して対向する一対の第２周面板と、により構成される。蓋部は、第１蓋板と、第２蓋板と、を有する。第１蓋板は、一対の第１周面板の一方の第１周面板の開口面側の第１端縁に連設され、開口面を閉じる。第２蓋板は、一対の第１周面板の他方の第１周面板の開口面側の第２端縁に連設され、第１蓋板の上面に接着領域を介して接着される。第２蓋板は、第１蓋板に接着される接着片と、一辺が第２端縁に連設されて、一辺に対向するように形成された破断線に沿って、接着片から剥離される剥離片と、に分離される。
本発明の構成では、ゴミの数を削減しながら開封時の利便性を向上できる包装箱を提供することができる。

＜第１実施形態＞
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図１、第１実施形態に係る包装箱１の斜視図であり、図２は、包装箱１の長手方向の一端部を拡大して示す斜視図であり、開封前の状態を示している。
包装箱１は、被包装物（本実施形態では例えばトナーカートリッジ）を個別に包装する個装箱である。包装箱１は、長手方向の一端部が開封可能な直方体の箱体である。包装箱１は、所定の形状に打ち抜いたダンボール板を折り曲げて組み立てられる。複数の包装箱１は、包装箱１よりも大きい集合箱（不図示）内に、互いに接触して隙間無く収容される。
包装箱１は、胴部２０と、蓋部３０と、を有する。胴部２０は、対向する一対の第１周面板２１、２２と、一対の第１周面板２１、２２と直交して対向する一対の第２周面板２３、２４と、により構成される。本実施形態では、上下に対向する一対の第１周面板２１、２２と、前後に対向する一対の第２周面板２３、２４と、で構成される。第２周面板２３は、一対の第１周面板２１、２２の前端を連結する。第２周面板２４は、一対の第１周面板２１、２２の後端を連結する。
蓋部３０は、胴部２０の開口面を塞ぎ、包装箱１の開封後に開閉可能である。蓋部３０は、第１蓋板３１と、第２蓋板３２と、一対のフラップ板３３、３４と、で構成される（図３参照）。第１蓋板３１は、第１周面板２１の開口面側の第１端縁２１ａに連設される。第２蓋板３２は、第１周面板２２の開口面側の第２端縁２２ａに連設される。第２蓋板３２は、第１蓋板３１の上面に接着領域Ｐ２を介して接着される。
フラップ板３３は、第２周面板２３の開口面側の端縁に連設される。フラップ板３４は、第２周面板２４の開口面側の端縁に連設される。
第２蓋板３２は、破断線３２ａと、貫通孔３２ｂと、を有する。破断線３２ａは、接着領域Ｐ２と、第２端縁２２ａと、の間を横断する。第２蓋板３２が破断線３２ａに沿って分割される。破断線３２ａは、第２端縁２２ａに向けて凸のＶ字状に形成される。貫通孔３２ｂは、破断線３２ａの延在方向の中央部に隣接して配置され。本実施形態では、貫通孔３２ｂは、破断線３２ａの頂点部に隣接して配置され、手指を挿入可能である。
第１蓋板３１は、一対の切込線３１ａを有する。一対の切込線３１ａは、直線状に形成され、貫通孔３２ｂと対向する領域の周りに配置される。切込線３１ａの一端は、第１蓋板３１の先端に配置される。これにより、貫通孔３２ｂと対向する領域を下側に押圧したときに、切込線３１ａに沿って第１蓋板３１が分離し、押込み片３１ｂが形成される。
フラップ板３３は、スリット状の差込孔３３ａが設けられる。フラップ板３４は、差込孔３３ａに挿入可能な台形状の差込片３４ａが設けられている。差込片３４ａを差込孔３３ａに挿入することにより、フラップ板３３とフラップ板３４とを係合できる。
図３は、包装箱１の展開図を示している。包装箱１は、糊代片２５、第２周面板２４、第１周面板２１、第２周面板２３、第１周面板２２が折り線Ｌを介して順に連設される。第１周面板２１、２２、第２周面板２３、２４は、矩形に形成される。
第１周面板２１の長手方向の一端には折り線Ｌ（第１端縁２１ａ）を介して第１蓋板３１が連設され、第１周面板２１の長手方向の他端には折り線Ｌを介して底面板２８が連設されている。第１周面板２２の長手方向の一端には折り線Ｌ（第２端縁２２ａ）を介して第２蓋板３２が連設され、第１周面板２２の長手方向の他端には折り線Ｌを介して底面板２６が連設されている。
第２周面板２３の長手方向の一端には折り線Ｌを介してフラップ板３３が連設され、第２周面板２３の長手方向の他端には折り線Ｌを介してフラップ板２７が連設されている。第２周面板２４の長手方向の一端には折り線Ｌを介してフラップ板３４が連設され、第２周面板２４の長手方向の他端には折り線Ｌを介してフラップ板２９が連設されている。
第２蓋板３２には上述した破断線３２ａ及び貫通孔３２ｂが形成される。第１蓋板３１には上述した切込線３１ａが形成される。破断線３２ａ及び切込線３１ａは、包装箱１を貫通する複数の切込みが不連続に連なって形成されたミシン目状に形成される。
包装箱１の組立ては、まず、各折り線Ｌ上で山折りし、接着領域Ｐ１を介して糊代片２５の内面と第１周面板２１の外面とを接着する。これにより、筒状の胴部２０が形成される。次に、接着領域Ｐ２を介して第１蓋板３１の外面と第２蓋板３２の内面とを接着する。これにより、包装箱１の長手方向の一端部が閉蓋される。
次に、包装箱１内に例えば、トナーカートリッジ（不図示）を挿入し、接着領域Ｐ３を介して底面板２８の外面と底面板２６の内面とを接着する。これにより、包装箱１の長手方向の他端部が閉蓋され、包装箱１の組立て及びトナーカートリッジの梱包作業が完了する。
図４、図５は、包装箱１の斜視図であり、開封後の状態を示している。開封時において、貫通孔３２ｂに人差し指を押込み、第１蓋板３１を切込線３１ａに沿って破断させて押込み片３１ｂを押し破る。次に、重なる第１蓋板３１及び第２蓋板３２を親指と人差し指で摘持して持ち上げる。これにより、第２蓋板３２が破断線３２ａに沿って破断し、接着片３２１と剥離片３２２とに分離される。分離された第２蓋板３２の接着片３２１は、接着領域Ｐ２を介して第１蓋板３１に接着された状態で残る。また、分離された第２蓋板３２の剥離片３２２は、一辺が第２端縁２２ａと連設され、一辺に対向するように形成された破断線３２ａに沿って接着片３２１から剥離された状態で残る。従って、ゴミの数を削減しながら開封時の利便性を向上できる包装箱１を提供することができる。
第２蓋板３２の剥離片３２２と、第１蓋板３１と、フラップ板３３、３４と、を外側に折り返すことにより、包装箱１の長手方向の一端が開口する。これにより、包装箱１から内容物を容易に取出すことができる。
また、包装箱１の開封後、差込片３４ａを差込孔３３ａに差し込んでフラップ板３３とフラップ板３４とを係合することにより、包装箱１を閉蓋することができる。
＜第２実施形態＞
次に、第２実施形態について説明する。図６、図７は第２実施形態の包装箱１の長手方向の一端部を拡大して示す斜視図である。図６は、開封前の状態を示し、図７は、開封後の状態を示している。説明の便宜上、前述の図１～図５に示す第１実施形態と同一の部分には同一の符号を付している。本実施形態では破断線３２ａの形状が異なる。
破断線３２ａは、第１端縁２１ａに向けて凸のＶ字状に形成される。第２端縁２２ａの両端には、切断線３２１ａが形成される。切断線３２１ａは、段ボール板を貫通する切込みにより形成される。切断線３２１ａは、切込みが不連続に連なって形成されたミシン目状でもよい。
破断線３２ａは、切断線３２１ａの内端から第１端縁２１ａに向かって延びる一対の傾斜部３２２ａを有する。切込線３１ａは、平面視コ字状に形成され、貫通孔３２ｂと対向する領域を囲む。これにより、貫通孔３２ｂと対向する領域を下側に押圧したときに、切込線３１ａ上で第１蓋板３１が破断し、押込み片３１ｂが形成される。
開封時において、貫通孔３２ｂに人差し指を押込み、重なる第１蓋板３１及び第２蓋板３２を親指と人差し指で摘持して持ち上げる。これにより、破断線３２ａは、傾斜部３２２ａに沿って破断し、切断線３２１ａに到達する。これにより、接着片３２１と剥離片３２２とに分離される。このとき、剥離片３２２は、略三角形状に形成される。
なお、今回開示された実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、上記した実施形態の説明ではなく特許請求の範囲によって示され、さらに特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれる。
例えば、上記実施形態では、包装箱１は、一対の第１周面板２１、２２が上下に対向しているが、一対の第１周面板２１、２２を前後又は左右に対向して配置してもよい。また、破断線３２ａは、Ｖ字状以外に直線状又は波線状等でもよい。
また、上述した実施形態および変形例の構成を適宜組み合わせて得られる構成についても、本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。

    開封時において、前記貫通孔に手指を押込み、前記第１蓋板の前記貫通孔と対向する領域を下側に押圧して前記第１蓋板を前記切込線に沿って破断させ、一部が前記第１蓋板に連設された状態の前記押込み片を押し破ることを特徴とする包装箱。
  2. 前記破断線が、前記第２端縁に向けて凸のＶ字形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装箱。
  3. 前記破断線が、前記第１端縁に向けて凸のＶ字形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装箱。
  4. 前記第２端縁の両端に切断線が形成され、前記破断線は、前記切断線の内端から前記第１端縁に向かって延びる一対の傾斜部を有することを特徴とする請求項３に記載の包装箱。
  5. 前記蓋部は、
    一対の前記第２周面板の側端縁にそれぞれ連設された一対のフラップ板を有し、
    一方の前記フラップ板は、差込孔が貫通し、
    他方の前記フラップ板は、前記差込孔に挿入可能な差込片が形成されることを特徴とする請求項１～請求項４のいずれかに記載の包装箱。
