Claims (8)
- 下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置であって、
液体補充槽(100)、及び液体補充ボトル(200)を含む液体補充機構であって、前記液体補充槽(100)には上向きに開口した嵌着口(110)が設けられ、前記液体補充ボトル(200)の下端は前記嵌着口(110)から液体補充槽(100)内に嵌設され、前記液体補充槽(100)は外部に連通し、前記液体補充ボトル(200)の下端にボトル口が設けられる液体補充機構と、
エア供給ポンプユニット、エア混合槽室(300)、エア混合槽室(300)の上部に設けられる気液混合構造、吸気口(310)及び換気弁構造(320)を含む泡発生機構であって、前記エア混合槽室(300)の下部は液体補充槽(100)の下部に連通し、前記エア混合槽室(300)と液体補充槽(100)との間に液体補充逆止め弁(400)が設けられ、前記液体補充逆止め弁(400)の流通方向は液体補充槽(100)からエア混合槽室(300)への方向であり、前記エア供給ポンプユニットは吸気口(310)に接続され、前記換気弁構造(320)は前記エア混合槽室(300)を外部に連通させ、前記気液混合構造に排液通路(330)、排気通路(340)、及び混合通路(350)が設けられ、前記排液通路(330)の入口端は下へエア混合槽室(300)の底部内に延びており、前記排気通路(340)の入口端及び吸気口(310)はいずれもエア混合槽室(300)の上部に連通し、前記排液通路(330)の出口端及び排気通路(340)の出口端はそれぞれ混合通路(350)の入口に連通する泡発生機構と、を含み、
前記換気弁構造(320)は、前記エア混合槽室300の上部の外壁に設けられるスリーブ(910)を含み、前記スリーブ(910)内にはエア混合槽室(300)の外壁に固定される嵌接柱(920)が設けられ、前記スリーブ(910)と嵌接柱(920)との間に嵌接隙間(930)が形成され、前記嵌接隙間(930)の底部にはエア混合槽室(300)に連通する換気溝口(940)が設けられ、前記嵌接隙間(930)には逆樽状の換気カバー(950)が嵌設され、前記換気カバー(950)の上部にマイクロ換気孔構造(900)が設けられ、前記換気カバー(950)の外周壁はスリーブ(910)の内周壁に密封当接し、換気カバー(950)の内壁と嵌接柱(920)の外壁との間に複数の換気溝路(960)が形成され、前記換気溝路(960)の両端はそれぞれマイクロ換気孔構造(900)、及び換気溝口(940)に連通する、
ことを特徴とする下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。 - 前記気液混合構造は、エア混合槽室(300)の上部内に設けられる嵌接溝(360)と、嵌接溝(360)内に嵌設される中空の嵌接部材(370)と、を含み、前記混合通路(350)は、嵌接溝(360)の上部に設けられ、前記嵌接溝(360)に連通し、前記排気通路(340)は、嵌接部材(370)の外壁と嵌接溝(360)の内壁との間に設けられ、前記嵌接部材(370)に排液管(371)が接続され、前記排液通路(330)は排液管(371)及び嵌接部材(370)内に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。
- 前記排気通路(340)の数は複数であり、複数の排気通路(340)は、嵌接部材(370)の外壁と嵌接溝(360)の内壁との間に間隔をおいて環状に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。
- 前記ボトル口に液体補充弁構造が設けられ、前記液体補充槽(100)には、液体補充弁構造に当接して前記液体補充弁構造を開くための液体補充押動構造が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。
- 前記液体補充弁構造は、ボトル口に嵌設される液体補充弁蓋(500)と、上下に延びて設けられる液体補充バルブコアロッド(510)と、を含み、前記液体補充弁蓋(500)に液体補充弁口(520)が設けられ、前記液体補充バルブコアロッド(510)と液体補充弁蓋(500)との間に液体補充弾性部材(530)が設けられ、前記液体補充バルブコアロッド(510)の外周壁に閉塞段差(511)が設けられ、前記液体補充弾性部材(530)は、前記閉塞段差(511)が前記液体補充弁口(520)を閉塞するように液体補充バルブコアロッド(510)に下向きの作用力を提供し、前記液体補充バルブコアロッド(510)の下端は液体補充弁口(520)から延出して前記液体補充押動構造に当接する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。
- 前記液体補充弁蓋(500)の内側にはガイドフレーム(540)が固定して設けられ、前記ガイドフレーム(540)には前記液体補充バルブコアロッド(510)の上端と上下摺動可能に嵌合する第1ガイド孔(531)が設けられ、前記液体補充バルブコアロッド(510)の外周には当接段差(512)が設けられ、前記液体補充弾性部材(530)は当接段差(512)と第1ガイド孔(531)の底部との間に作用して設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。
- 前記泡発生機構は、泡微細化ユニット(700)をさらに含み、前記泡微細化ユニット(700)は、配管を介して混合通路(350)の出口に接続され、前記エア供給ポンプユニットはエア供給ポンプ(800)を含み、前記エア供給ポンプ(800)はエア管を介して吸気口(310)に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。
- 前記液体補充逆止め弁(400)は、延びて設けられる傘状バルブコア、エア混合槽室(300)の下部に設けられる液体補充貫通孔(410)及び第2ガイド孔(420)を含み、前記傘状バルブコアは、弁ボンネット(430)、及びバルブステム(440)を含み、前記バルブステム(440)は前記第2ガイド孔(420)と上下摺動可能に嵌合し、前記液体補充貫通孔(410)は弁ボンネット(430)の下方に設けられ、前記液体補充貫通孔(410)は前記液体補充槽(100)に連通し、前記液体補充貫通孔(410)の数は複数であり、複数の前記液体補充貫通孔(410)はバルブステム(440)の軸線を中心として間隔をおいて環状に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下向き設置型大容量シングルエアポンプ泡発生装置。
