Description
以下の表1に要約するように、いくつかのフィルム構造を作製した。
実施形態1:バリア包装フィルムであって、ポリオレフィン基材であって、ASTM D2732に従い、95℃で縦方向及び横方向のうちの少なくとも一方において0.5%~10%の範囲の自由収縮を含む、ポリオレフィン基材と、0.005ミクロン~0.1ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有する無機コーティング層と、ポリオレフィン基材と無機コーティング層との間に位置決めされ、かつそれらの各々と直接接触するポリマーバッファ層であって、0.5ミクロン~12ミクロンの範囲の厚さを含む、ポリマーバッファ層と、ポリオレフィンシール層とを備え、ポリマーバッファ層の厚さと無機コーティング層の厚さとの比があり、比が20~500の範囲にあり、ポリマーバッファ層が、付録X.4を有するASTM E2546-15に従い、95℃で収集された測定値から計算して、0.1MPa~100MPaの範囲のヤング率を含む、バリア包装フィルム。
Claims (34)
- バリア包装フィルムであって、
ポリオレフィン基材であって、ASTM D2732に従い、95℃で縦方向及び横方向のうちの少なくとも一方において0.5%~10%の範囲の自由収縮を含む、ポリオレフィン基材と、
0.005ミクロン~0.1ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有する無機コーティング層と、
前記ポリオレフィン基材と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置決めされ、かつそれらの各々と直接接触するポリマーバッファ層であって、0.5ミクロン~12ミクロンの範囲の厚さを含む、ポリマーバッファ層と、
ポリオレフィンシール層と、を備え、
前記ポリマーバッファ層の前記厚さを前記無機コーティング層の前記厚さで割った比の値が20~500の範囲にあり、
前記ポリマーバッファ層が、付録X.4を有するASTM E2546-15に従い、95℃で収集された測定値から計算して、0.1MPa~100MPaの範囲のヤング率を含み、
前記バリア包装フィルムが、80重量%以上のポリオレフィンを含む全組成を有する、
バリア包装フィルム。 - 接着層を更に備え、
前記ポリオレフィン基材が、第1の外部層であり、
前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、第2の外部層であり、
前記接着層が、前記ポリオレフィンシール層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。 - 前記ポリオレフィンシール層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する印刷されたしるし層を更に備える、請求項2に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 印刷されたしるし層及び接着層を更に備え、
前記印刷されたしるし層が、第1の外部層であり、
前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、第2の外部層であり、
前記接着層が、前記ポリオレフィンシール層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。 - 前記ポリオレフィン基材が、配向ポリプロピレンフィルムであり、前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、ポリプロピレンシール層である、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記配向ポリプロピレンフィルムが、ホモポリマーポリプロピレンを含む、請求項5に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基材が、配向ポリエチレンフィルムであり、前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、ポリエチレンシール層である、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 配向ポリオレフィン外部層及び接着層を更に備え、
前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、前記ポリオレフィン基材のサブ層であり、
前記接着層が、前記配向ポリオレフィン外部層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。 - 前記配向ポリオレフィン外部層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する印刷されたしるし層を更に備える、請求項8に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記バリア包装フィルムが、90重量%以上のポリオレフィンを含む全組成を有する、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基材が、10ミクロン~100ミクロンの範囲の厚さを含む、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーバッファ層が、1μm~5μmの範囲の厚さを含む、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記無機コーティング層が、金属層又は酸化物コーティング層を含み、前記無機コーティング層の前記厚さが、0.005μm~0.06μmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーバッファ層の前記厚さと前記無機コーティング層の前記厚さとの前記比が、30~120の範囲にある、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基材が、ASTM D2732に従い、95℃で1%~6%の範囲の自由収縮を含む、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーバッファ層が、ビニルアルコールコポリマー、ポリプロピレン系ポリマー、ポリウレタン系ポリマー、又はポリ乳酸を含む、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記無機コーティング層と直接接触する第2のポリマーバッファ層を更に備える、請求項1に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- バリア包装フィルムであって、
ポリオレフィン基材と、
無機コーティング層と、
前記ポリオレフィン基材と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置決めされたポリマーバッファ層であって、前記無機コーティング層と直接接触する、ポリマーバッファ層と、
ポリオレフィンシール層と、を備え、
前記無機コーティング層が、0.25μm~1.0μmの範囲の平均振幅と、2μm~5μmの範囲の波長とによって特徴付けられる波構造を備え、
前記ポリマーバッファ層が、前記波構造の前記平均振幅の1.1~20倍の範囲の平均厚さを含み、
前記バリア包装フィルムが、80重量%以上のポリオレフィンを含む全組成を有し、
前記ポリマーバッファ層の平均厚さを前記無機コーティング層の厚さで割った比の値が、30~120の範囲にある、
バリア包装フィルム。 - 接着層を更に備え、
前記ポリオレフィン基材が、第1の外部層であり、
前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、第2の外部層であり、
前記接着層が、前記ポリオレフィンシール層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。 - 前記ポリオレフィンシール層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する印刷されたしるし層を更に備える、請求項19に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 印刷されたしるし層及び接着層を更に備え、
前記印刷されたしるし層が、第1の外部層であり、
前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、第2の外部層であり、
前記接着層が、前記ポリオレフィンシール層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。 - 前記ポリオレフィン基材が、配向ポリプロピレンフィルムであり、前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、ポリプロピレンシール層である、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記配向ポリプロピレンフィルムが、ホモポリマーポリプロピレンを含む、請求項22に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基材が、配向ポリエチレンフィルムであり、前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、ポリエチレンシール層である、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 配向ポリオレフィン外部層及び接着層を更に備え、
前記ポリオレフィンシール層が、前記ポリオレフィン基材のサブ層であり、
前記接着層が、前記配向ポリオレフィン外部層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。 - 前記配向ポリオレフィン外部層と前記無機コーティング層との間に位置する印刷されたしるし層を更に備える、請求項25に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記バリア包装フィルムが、90重量%以上のポリオレフィンを含む全組成を有する、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基材が、10ミクロン~100ミクロンの範囲の厚さを含む、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーバッファ層が、1~5μmの範囲の平均厚さを含む、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記無機コーティング層が、金属層又は酸化物コーティング層を含み、前記無機コーティング層の厚さが、0.005μm~0.06μmの範囲にある、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記無機コーティング層の前記波構造が、前記波長と前記平均振幅との比によって特徴付けられ、前記比が、2~20の範囲にある、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記ポリマーバッファ層が、ビニルアルコールコポリマー、ポリプロピレン系ポリマー、ポリウレタン系ポリマー、又はポリ乳酸を含む、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 前記無機コーティング層と直接接触する第2のポリマーバッファ層を更に備える、請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルム。
- 請求項18に記載のバリア包装フィルムを備える、密封シールされたパッケージ。
