Claims (6)
- ダイレクトドライブモータをベースにしたフィットネス装置であって、筐体と、前記筐体に取り付けられた駆動モータと、前記駆動モータに連結されたフィットネス引っ張りロープと、前記駆動モータに接続された制御システムとを備え、前記制御システムは、メインコントローラと、電源モジュールと、通信モジュールと、駆動回路と、サンプリングモジュールとを備え、
前記電源モジュールは前記メインコントローラ及び前記通信モジュールに電気的に接続され、
前記通信モジュールは前記メインコントローラに電気的に接続され、
前記サンプリングモジュールは前記駆動モータ及び前記メインコントローラに電気的に接続され、前記駆動モータの電流をサンプリングし、入力命令と継続的に比較及び調整し、前記駆動モータの出力引張力が入力命令値に達するようにし、
前記駆動回路は前記電源モジュール、前記メインコントローラ及び前記駆動モータに電気的に接続され、
前記駆動モータは、ベース部と、前記ベース部の外縁に設けられた固定子組立体と、前記ベース部内に設けられた回転軸組立体と、前記回転軸組立体に連結され、前記固定子組立体を覆設する回転子組立体と、前記ベース部に設けられたモータ制御ボードとを備え、前記モータ制御ボードは前記駆動回路に接続され、
前記ベース部は、内装着端と、外装着端と、前記内装着端及び前記外装着端を貫通する回転装着キャビティとを備え、前記回転軸組立体は前記回転装着キャビティに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記内装着端に装着台が設けられ、前記外装着端に内装着溝が穿設され、前記装着台の外縁に凸環が設けられ、前記凸環に取付穴が穿設され、前記装着台に複数の隙間が穿設され、前記外装着端に挿通孔が穿設され、前記挿通孔は前記隙間に連通し、前記内装着溝の一側に位置し、
前記回転子組立体は、前記回転軸組立体に連結された外端蓋と、前記外端蓋に連結され前記固定子組立体の外縁に対応する連結環と、前記連結環に取り付けられ、前記固定子組立体に対応する回転子部材とを備え、前記連結環の前記外端蓋から離れた側に内端蓋が連結され、前記内端蓋は前記外装着端の外径に回転可能に連結され、
前記外端蓋には、ロープリールが固結され、前記フィットネス引っ張りロープは前記ロープリールに巻装され、前記筐体外に延在され、前記フィットネス引っ張りロープにハンドルが連結されることを特徴とする、ダイレクトドライブモータをベースにしたフィットネス装置。 - 前記筐体には、前記通信モジュールに接続された操作パネルが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダイレクトドライブモータをベースにしたフィットネス装置。
- 前記固定子組立体は、鉄心と、前記鉄心上に均等に配置されたコイルとを備え、前記鉄心には複数の太陽リブが周方向に均等に配置され、前記コイルは前記太陽リブに巻装され、前記内装着端の外径には前記鉄心の内径に対応する複数の締結溝が穿設されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のダイレクトドライブモータをベースにしたフィットネス装置。
- 前記回転軸組立体は、前記回転装着キャビティに取り付けられた軸受部材と、前記軸受部材に回転可能に取り付けられた回転軸とを備え、前記回転軸の一端は前記回転子組立体に連結され、他端には固定具が取り付けられ、前記回転装着キャビティには、第1制限溝及び第2制限溝が穿設され、前記軸受部材には2つの軸受が設けられ、2つの前記軸受はそれぞれ前記第1制限溝及び前記第2制限溝に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のダイレクトドライブモータをベースにしたフィットネス装置。
- 前記外端蓋には、補強台が設けられ、前記補強台に連結穴が穿設され、前記連結穴に制限台が設けられ、前記外端蓋は前記連結穴を介して前記回転軸組立体に連結され、前記内端蓋には連結軸受が連結され、前記連結軸受は前記外装着端の外径を嵌め込むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のダイレクトドライブモータをベースにしたフィットネス装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、MCUプロセッサであり、前記通信モジュールは通信インターフェースであり、前記通信インターフェースは制御パネルに接続され、前記サンプリングモジュールは前記駆動モータの電流をサンプリングするための電流サンプリングモジュールであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のダイレクトドライブモータをベースにしたフィットネス装置。
