Claims (5)
- 内周面に動圧溝が成形された円筒状の焼結体を備えた動圧軸受において、
前記焼結体の内径D1が1.5mm以下であり、
前記焼結体の内径D1と外径D2との比D2/D1が2.5以下であり、
前記焼結体を軸方向に3等分した3つの部分のうち、軸方向中央の部分の密度が軸方向両端の部分の密度よりも低く、
前記3つの部分の相対密度の差が3%以内である動圧軸受。 - 前記焼結体の軸方向長さが4mm以下である請求項1に記載の動圧軸受。
- 前記焼結体の内周面のうち、前記動圧溝よりも内径側に盛り上がった丘部の内径面の最小径部と最大径部との半径差が2μm以下である請求項1に記載の動圧軸受。
- 前記焼結体の内周面に、軸方向に離間した2箇所に設けられた一対の環状丘部と、各環状丘部から軸方向外側に向けて延びる複数の傾斜丘部と、前記複数の傾斜丘部の周方向間に設けられた前記動圧溝と、前記一対の環状丘部の軸方向間の全域に設けられ、環状丘部の内径よりも大径な円筒面とが形成された請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受。
- 請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受と、前記動圧軸受の内周に挿入された軸部材と、前記動圧軸受の内周面と前記軸部材との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる潤滑膜の動圧作用で前記軸部材を相対回転自在に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部とを備えた流体動圧軸受装置。
