Claims (19)
- 複数の電池セルが一方向に積層された電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を内部に収納するモジュールフレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体内で前記電池セルの一側に積層されるチューブを含み、
前記モジュールフレームに貫通ホールが形成され、
前記チューブは、前記貫通ホールを通じて外部の流体供給装置と連結される注入部を含み、前記流体供給装置から前記注入部を通じて前記チューブの内部に流体が流入する、電池モジュールにおいて、
前記注入部は閉鎖された微細ホール形態に構成され、
前記流体が圧力を受けると微細ホール形態の前記注入部が開放され、前記流体が前記チューブの内部に流入し、且つ、前記チューブの内部に流入した流体が前記チューブから排出される、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームの一面の間に位置した熱伝達部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材はサーマルレジン層を含み、
前記電池セルの一側が前記サーマルレジン層に接着される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームの前記一面に注入ホールが形成される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記注入ホールを通じてサーマルレジンを注入して前記サーマルレジン層が形成される、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材はサーマルパッドを含み、
前記電池セルの一側が前記サーマルパッドに接触し、前記サーマルパッド上で前記電池セルが前記電池セルの積層方向にスライディング可能である、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルに隣接して配置される冷却プレートまたは圧縮パッドのうちの少なくとも一つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記チューブは軟質または弾性材質であり、
前記チューブの内部に流入する前記流体は、液体またはゲル状態である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記チューブと連結されたチェックバルブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルが前記モジュールフレームの側面部から他の側面部まで一方向に沿って積層され、
隣接の前記電池セルの間または最外側の前記電池セルと前記モジュールフレームの側面部の間のうちの少なくとも一箇所に圧縮パッドが介され、
EOL(End of Life)状態で、前記電池セルが積層される方向の変形率が12%以下であり、前記電池セルに印加される面圧が0.9MPa以下である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールのモジュール剛性曲線が、0.00417以上および0.225以下の傾き(MPa/%)範囲で算出され、
前記電池モジュールのモジュール剛性曲線は、前記モジュールフレームの変形率と前記モジュールフレームに印加される面圧間の関係に対応する、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールのモジュール剛性曲線は、前記モジュールフレームのフレーム剛性曲線に、前記圧縮パッドに印加される面圧に対比して前記圧縮パッドが圧縮される程度および前記圧縮パッドの個数を反映して導出される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体および前記電池セル積層体内で前記電池セルの一側に積層され内部が空いているチューブをモジュールフレーム内部に収納する組み立て段階;および
前記チューブの内部に流体を注入して前記電池セルを加圧する初期加圧段階を含み、
前記モジュールフレームに貫通ホールが形成され、
前記チューブは、前記貫通ホールを通じて外部の流体供給装置と連結された注入部を含み、前記注入部は、閉鎖された微細ホール形態であり、前記流体が圧力を受けると微細ホール形態の前記注入部が開放されるように構成され、
前記初期加圧段階で、前記流体供給装置が前記注入部を通じて前記チューブの内部に流体を注入する、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記初期加圧段階は、前記組み立て段階以後に行われる、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームの一面の間にサーマルレジンを注入してサーマルレジン層を形成するレジン注入段階をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記モジュールフレームの前記一面に注入ホールが形成され、
前記レジン注入段階で、前記注入ホールを通じて前記サーマルレジンを注入する、請求項15に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記レジン注入段階は、前記初期加圧段階以後に行われる、請求項15に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記組み立て段階で、サーマルパッドを前記モジュールフレーム内部に収納し、
前記サーマルパッドは前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームの一面の間に位置する、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記電池セルの一側が前記サーマルパッドに接触し、前記サーマルパッド上で前記電池セルが前記電池セルの積層方向にスライディング可能である、請求項18に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
