Description
第1の(メタ)アクリレートは、ウレタンジメタクリレート及び/又はウレタンジメタクリレートのオリゴマーとポリマーとの混合物であり、
第2の(メタ)アクリレートは、1,2-ポリブタジエンウレタン(メタ)アクリレートであり、
第3の(メタ)アクリレートは、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレート、t-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、及びジヒドロジシクロペンタジエニル(メタ)アクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、3次元造形用組成物である。
表1に示す配合量[質量%]で、3次元造形用組成物を調製した。
IBOMA:イソボルニルメタクリレート
TPO:(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)ジフェニルホスフィンオキサイド(光重合開始剤)
CADソフトウェア(Asiga製、Composer(登録商標))を使用し、JIS K7161:2014に従って厚さ1.0mm、幅10mm引張試験片のデジタルデータを設計した後、DLP方式の3Dプリンタ(Asiga製、MAX UV)及び3次元造形用組成物を用いて三次元造形した。その後、得られた造形物をイソプロパノールで十分に洗浄した後、歯科用光重合器を用いて後重合し引張試験用試験片を得た。

CADソフトウェア(Asiga製、Composer)を使用し、直径30mm、厚さ1mmの色調板のデジタルデータを設計した後、DLP方式の3Dプリンタ(Asiga製、MAX UV)及び3次元造形用組成物を用いて三次元造形した。その後、得られた造形物をイソプロパノールで十分に洗浄した後、歯科用光重合器を用いて後重合し試験片を得た。この試験片を耐水研磨紙(#1000,2000,4000)を用いて表面研磨し、透明性測定用試験片とした。

Exothane32を40部、1,2-ポリブタジエンウレタンアクリレートを10部、IBOM(Tg.110℃)を50部、TPOを2部、2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-p-クレゾールを0.05部、2,5-ビス(5-tert-ブチル-2-ベンゾオキサゾリル)チオフェンを0.01部配合して、3次元造形用組成物を調製し、評価した。実施例1の配合量及び評価結果を表1に示す。
1,2-ポリブタジエンウレタンアクリレートの配合量を15部とし、IBOMAに替えてt-ブチルメタクリレート(Tg.118℃)を45部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様に3次元造形用組成物を調製し、評価した。実施例2の配合量及び評価結果を表1に示す。
Exothane32の配合量を35部とし、1,2-ポリブタジエンウレタンアクリレートの配合量を5部とし、IBOMAに替えてフェニルメタクリレート(Tg.110℃)を60部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様に3次元造形用組成物を調製し、評価した。実施例3の配合量及び評価結果を表1に示す。
IBOMAに替えてn-プロピルメタクリレート(Tg.35℃)を50部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様に3次元造形用組成物を調製し、評価した。比較例1の配合量及び評価結果を表1に示す。
t-ブチルメタクリレートに替えて2-エチルヘキシルメタクリレート(Tg.-6℃)を45部配合した以外は、実施例2と同様に3次元造形用組成物を調製し、評価した。比較例2の配合量及び評価結果を表1に示す。
1,2-ポリブタジエンウレタンアクリレートを配合せず、IBOMAの配合量を60部とした以外は、実施例1と同様に3次元造形用組成物を調製し、評価した。比較例3の配合量及び評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- ウレタン結合を有する第1の(メタ)アクリレートを30質量%以上40質量%以下と、
ポリ共役ジエン構造を有し、且つウレタン結合を有する第2の(メタ)アクリレートを3質量%以上20質量%以下と、
ガラス転移温度Tgが70℃以上である単官能の第3の(メタ)アクリレートを40質量%以上60質量%以下と、を含有し、
第1の(メタ)アクリレートは、ウレタンジメタクリレート及び/又はウレタンジメタクリレートのオリゴマーとポリマーとの混合物であり、
第2の(メタ)アクリレートは、1,2-ポリブタジエンウレタン(メタ)アクリレートであり、
第3の(メタ)アクリレートは、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレート、t-ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、及びジヒドロジシクロペンタジエニル(メタ)アクリレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、
3次元造形用組成物。 - 前記第2の(メタ)アクリレートは、2個以上のウレタン結合を有する、
請求項1に記載の3次元造形用組成物。 - 前記第3の(メタ)アクリレートは、ウレタン結合を有しない、
請求項1又は2に記載の3次元造形用組成物。 - 前記第1の(メタ)アクリレートは、ポリ共役ジエン構造を有しない、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の3次元造形用組成物。 - 歯列矯正用アライナーの3次元造形に用いられる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の3次元造形用組成物。
